It’s charming and the quadruple room was very comfortable for family of 4. Property and rooms are spotless. Close enough to the see and the guests at Villa Rosy have entrance at Bagno Lido, which is convenient. We loved the breakfast included in the rate. Laura and her staff are very welcoming and went over and above to accommodate us. Mille grazie Laura!!

Minor hiccup on arrival: Apple maps sends you to the opposite side of the road.

The room was very clean. And we had a very nice garden exit with chairs. The room was chilled, the bathroom was new and very clean. All the furniture was new. The staff was very cooperative and polite.

We were at the time of mosquito, so it was not very pleasant. And there were very low options for where we can hang our clothes/towels to dry after coming from the beach. But we liked our stay and we would come back one day. 😊

Breakfast: most adequate and included cheese for northern European tastes; extra coffee was not a problem; Room: was absolutely fine though A/C was a little temperamental on the first night, but I am not American; staff fixed this promptly the next morning; Beach: not applicable

The shower was a little awkward, one of these so-called 'modern' installations whereby the water went all over the floor; I just left the windows open and it dried up in time.

Lovely location, wonderful European breakfast, nice room with a small patio. We rented bikes from the property since it was a bit of a walk down to the beach. The bike rental was very reasonable.

I don't think we have anything bad to say about Villa Rosy, we had a lovely stay, and the hosts were so gracious. Fabulous restaurants on the beach and great beaches.

The room was nice and clean; the same goes for the bathroom. Nice lady at the reception. Convenient parking behind a gate. You also get a discount voucher for a restaurant at the nearby beach, which we used and it was really nice. I didn't expect much, and I only discovered it that day, so no planning or looking for an alternative, but it actually turned out to be really good.

The Lady who ran it was sooooooo helpful and friendly. The breakfast was brilliant - everything you could want. The room was perfect bed very comfortable and the ensuite was also very clean and efficient.

It was a bit expensive - about 20 min walk from station and 10 mins from beach x

The lady working there is lovely although you need to speak Italian to communicate. There is air conditioning in each room and the cleaner comes in every day to clean.

The breakfast was quite limited - great coffee but otherwise nothing special. The location is close to the road so it was quite noisy.
