The facilities were clean and spacious, very much like the pictures. The staff was very helpful and kind, they called us a taxi when we needed it and oriented us about availability.

We went to a couple of bakeries close by and it took us about 25-30 minutes to get to the coastline area of town, but other than that we didn’t find the neighborhood that lively except at very specific times of the day like for dinner time. This wasn’t a major deal breaker though.

The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. A bit of a walk to the beach but the location was away from the crowds and tourist areas. More of a local area with lots of amazing restaurants nearby. Easy walk to the train station.

Excellent location in the historic centre of the city, with many excellent bars and restaurants nearby. Clean and simple accommodation. Easy access with parking available. Very reasonable price.

Shower was awkward to enter - need to step over bidet to get in if you want it to heat up first and close the door. It also sprayed over the door and needs replacing. Otherwise all good.

I had a road trip this time without any plan, so I liked it in Viareggio, so decided to stay one more night. This hotel is quite far from the beach, but near all the facilities you need, including bay and restaurants. It's rated as 2 star, but it worth 3. The room was big and clean, there was even a teapot and a fridge. Hotel offers private parking in the garage at the ground floor. Taking into account high season and last minute booking, this hotel is a true gem for the price you pay.

Not sure if it was my mistake or not, but I wasn't able to find any way to turn on A/C

Very friendly and efficient receptionist checked us in (German lady) all other staff friendly as well. Very quick to respond to questions ahead of arrival. Room very spacious and clean even if not too modern, overall a very pleasant stay.

This hotel is great ,friendly staff near are pizzerias,shop and the beach is 15 min walk

It wasn't hotel fault but on my last day it was very noisy outside someone was repairing the iron gate and it was quite unpleasant

Wonderfully friendly and efficient staff. Great room. Great to have a balcony. Perfect location, can't be beat for value for money. Highly recommend

Plastic mattress protector was a bit uncomfortable under the the sheets but that's not a deal breaker for me
