Great accommodation, everything was clean. They even cleaned our room on the second morning, regardless of our two night stay. The bathroom is spatious and modern. Owners are very kind. They brought us various types of breakfast options, and everything was tasty. Parking is a bit tricky, and the street is so narrow, but owners are keen to help with that. We really liked that, the place is very well designed, and clean. There was a huge private parking lot for each guests. The owner was supernice and we could enjoy our breakfast in the cosy garden which was also quite spectacular🥰.

The AC was a bit loud, and the wifi password which was written on the info sheet was not working and a sign was weak. -anyway at least we made a few ‘digital detox days’ 🤭☺️

The garden/terrace was very nice. Fairy lights provided a welcoming atmosphere. The AC was also a big plus. The breakfast was very tasty, homage cake and fresh fruit salad were my personal highlights. The location is a little secluded on a small hill which made me feel really safe. The bus stop is only 5 min away. Very convenient. Will always try to come back here if I am around.

Great location and great hosts. Very friendly and accommodating of all your needs. They shared with us useful tips - also about how to navigating parking in a city which has very narrow spaces. For Italy, the breakfast is amazing!

Nothing - the parking might be a bit challenging, but we knew it already and it is very difficult to find an accommodation with free parking in Trieste, so highly recommended anyhow.

Paolo and Alessia were just super nice hosts. Always smiling, being kind to guests. They helped everyone with their questions regarding the trips, including us. Everything was clean and neat. It was perfect place to stay for me and my husband. The food was fresh, the coffee always hot, so they truly love doing this B&B. <3

The breakfast was excellent with a good varied choice. The hosts where very helpful for local details , Alessia is a very good cook as shown with the cakes provided. Local buses make getting about easy with a newsagent very near.

As regards the accomodation it could not be faulted. The only problem anyone with mobility problems may have is the last two hundred metres or so which is a stiff climb from the main street and bus route to the property. It gets easier the more times you get to the property.

Host are great and warm! Will help you with everything you need. Apartment was neat and tidy, everything felt like brand new. Parking is in front of the apartment, so that is great. You have 10-15min walk to Canal Grande. Apartments are located on a hill, but it is not a problem. Grocery shops are close. Alessia and Paolo did a good job. Wonderful hosts!

Breakfast list should be more clear and concise.

I love these family-owned Italian B&Bs. The owners were very friendly and helpful. The room was exceptionally clean and well equipped. The only thing missing was a fridge, but Paolo was happy to let us keep our food in his fridge. Breakfast was served in the room and very tasty. It was also an easy walk to the city.

The roads near the hotel were extremely narrow. Getting into the gate was an ordeal and I could easily have scratched my car, so be aware if you have a large car.

Paolo and Alessia were such lovely hosts! The whole check-in process was very pleasant and straight-forward. Located in a quiet neighborhood at the end of a narrow road in the heart of Trieste. Such a tasty breakfast experience with lovely and caring people. They also gave us useful tips for a delightful stay - restaurants, gelaterias, bus connections, parks, beaches. Would definitely book again!

This was an absolute gem of a property! We really enjoyed our stay and were pleased with everything. So much attention to details, warmth, kind hosts, delicious breakfast and beautiful Trieste which brings nostalgic memories from our childhood when we used to go shopping here. Highly recommended! We will come back for sure :))
