Woman at the desk was very nice and welcoming. She went over how to get breakfast and WiFi, etc. The elevator worked well as did the air conditioning.

Couldn't open the window, even to let in light because of a metal blind on the outside. Kind of weird. The power in the room went out for an hour, but not in the hall outside. Not sure what the problem was and the woman at the desk was unaware of the issue.

It's a nice hotel but quite far from the railway station. Ventimiglia is a great city, especially the old town "Ventimiglia Alta" and the view point of Belvedere San Michele.

The male receptionist wasn't very friendly when I came earlier that the (very late) check-in time which is at 15.00. In other hotels they always check if the room might already be ready but he didn't bother. Just looked at me if I was stupid to enter so early. Luckily I could leave my back bag there and then returned and checked in later.

Was stranded in Ventimiglia due to car breakdown, found this hotel by chance but would recommend it if I was ever there again. Friendly staff, excellent location beside the beach, good breakfast, nice cafe next door and supermarket in the next block, right beside train station.

The staff was very nice and friendly. The room was big enough for a one night stay. The bed was comfortable. Good value for the money.

We could hear the noise from outside through the closed windows. If you are a foreigner like us and you don’t know Ventimiglia the location of the hotel is a bit far from the city center and at night seemed a bit unsafe.

Location was fabulous, near the beautiful beach, restaurants and not far from the station with buses outside the hotel. Perfect! Breakfast was good staff friendly and approachable.

Breakfast without variety of fresh fruits…I would have preferred to have some mixed fresh fruit. The towels were changed every 3 days! I would have preferred at least every 2 days!

very good location and very good facilities. you can walk to the beach in just 2 minutes. very friendly staff and the express check in worked perfect. i would highly recommend this place to solo travelers or holiday families. There is a food market on just a minute walk away as well. just note that there are great food facilities close by as well. The bedding was good and clean, there was cleaning service every day and the bathroom was very good for a 3 star hotel. just be aware when you are traveling alone i would recommend arranging a taxi since the other side of the city had it downs. overall experience of this facility was in one word: amazing!

The apartment had a big TV, leather sofa, table with chairs and even a small kitchen with microwave and oven. Parking is available 50m away in a separate area for 15 EUR but need to be reserved in advance. There is a McDonalds in front of the hotel.

The third bed was just a cheap temporary bed squeaking at every movement.

as far as emergency is concerned it was a good and satisfied stay.

for once I went and it seemed like a welcoming place the location. a bit hidden.

The option of parking was great Personnel was very kind Location is a bit marginal but still ok Clean
