The host was responsive and accommodated an early check in. We were met at the train station and greeted before I even got the message off. The room is on the second floor which requires climbing a flight of steep stairs so it may not be suitable for all. We only had back packs so not an issue. The space is essentially three rooms - a bedroom with a balcony, and a private bathroom separated by a small landing (hallway) holding a table, fridge and coffee maker. The balcony overlooks the main street in town. Great for people watching. It was amazingly quiet despite being on the main street just about 100 meters from the train staion. Bed was comfortable and the water pressure strong. It was a fun little place to stay for the night on our hike through the Cinque Terre.

There is a lock on the bedroom door, but no lock on the entrance to the floor. While we didn't experience any problems, I would feel more secure if there was a chain or some kind of latch on the inside of the door to the room landing. At night you'd have to lock the bedroom door, which is problematic if you need to use the bathroom across the hall. Still recommend the property.

Epic location right on the Main Street, we loved the place itself and being ontop of the restaurants. The train noise was pretty loud from the tracks though.

Train noise from the station that’s really close, and the room is sort of detached from the bathroom seperated by a common area that the staff use for cleaning and laundry. We didn’t like having the staff in our space while we were trying to chill on a rainy day.

if you visit Cinque Terre, then my opinion is Vernazza is the place to stay. Charming, beautiful, lots of places to eat, and great walks in both directions. This apartment is terrific, right on the Main Street and a very short minute walk from the station. Walk downstairs for breakfast lunch or dinner on your doorstep. location is great and a good price. no water views but you are in the middle of town. the town is quiet in the evenings. Gabriella is very helpful. The apartment is small , as are most, but has a landing area between the bedroom and bathroom which is great for luggage. lastly is has a great balcony - take out some wine and people watch!! a great place, loved it.

if you want bigger or water views this is not it, hence also priced accordingly.

Great location in a great spot for everything I need and I was even able to check in like 4 hours earlier for a shower haven't seen any staff though

The signs in the room are a bit aggressive: 1 hour to late check out, pay a whole day whole day, a fee for bringing the towel to the beach a fee for new towels a fee for I don't know what else I know tourists are ignorant but maybe written as a question instead of a denial

Steep stair climb. The "good" rating for the facilities was a little generous , but the owners did their best with the limitations of a very old building.

Location was a mixed blessing. Close to the train station and on the main street. Drawback was the train noise which was greatly reduced if you kept the window closed. Otherwise, it was close to everything, clean, had a mini fridge.

The stairs are quite steep and treads are narrow. This could be an issue for some.

The noise from the train was pretty intense, interrupted sleep... the only reason I might not choose to stay at this location again.

Amazing location, very close to the train station. Good sized room with wardrobe, private bathroom and a ceiling fan.

It was a nightmare to find this place as the booking.com instructions tell you to go to the path shop however it has been shut since covid (do not climb up all the stairs with all your luggage like we did), if you phone the number given when you get there, they will give you the proper instructions.
