Massimiliano and the cleaning crew were always friendly, they always had a smile on their faces and also everyone was very helpful. The room was clean. The location is perfect, the view is stunning. The fact that we had fresh water in the fridge everyday, without having to pay for it, just shows the level of hospitality and the care for a good customer experience. Besides the water, we also had little snacks + coffee pods for free, we didn't really need those, but it's a really nice touch, or a chef's kiss in my opinion. Corniglia is also the middle town/city and you can easily get to the other ones as you only have a maximum of 2 stations in both directions. Overall it was a fantastic experience.

Only 2 minor observations that are not positive: 1. It wasn't obvious whether or not we will get a room without balcony, so we kind of expected a balcony. Would be nice to add to the description of the room. 2. A small bin with an ashtray on top should be put at the entrance of the building. But these are barely relevant, only 2 very small and very subjective observations

Nice room very short walk to centre. Nice Large room. Great communication with (I think) owner and he was very helpful. My only very slight complaitnt is that the room smelled a little musty - like a slight damp issue. But the room was great and we enjoyed our stay.

Great location in the cutest village of Cinque Terre (also the one with the least tourists). Comfortable, very tidy rooms and excellent host. Perfect garden for small reading breaks.

As the room is very small (which is not a problem) might be better to have a bit less furniture in the room.

No breakfast included (as far as I could see, there is no cafeteria or such at all) - the room includes a few cookies and a coffee maker with one capsule each, which is good, but not enough as to justify prices. The staff mentioned massive discounts on the Cinque Terre trekking cards but didn't mention this when we chat prior to our trip, which would have made a huge difference

Go the extra mile and rent the Picabon room, you won't regret it! The balcony was exceptional with chase lounge chairs, sofa and coffee table. Bring your wine and watch the world in style. There is a very nice restaurant right across the street. Massimino (spelling?) was very helpful in getting us rail trail passes. He also spoke English very well.

If you drive, which in itself is challenging, parking is inconvenient, but doable. Street parking is available for overnight but is about 1/4 mile away, but you can drop off your luggage in front of the building. If you arrive by train be aware the stairs from the train station are a lot. If you have luggage wait for the bus that takes you to the top.

It is located at very nice location. it is safe and secure. I liked the interior of the room.

Just give more clear instructions on how to get into.

This property was better than the photos. It had wonderful personality, using the most of its space on the mountain. Very clean and staff was attentive. Beautiful views.

Corniglia is a little tricky to get to by car and parking is a ways away but this just adds to the fun of the stay. Many stairs to the train but manageable.

The property is located in the picturesque town of Corniglia. This is the quietest and least touristy towns out of the five Cinque Terre towns. Its central location between the five towns, makes Corniglia ideal for hiking to the other towns for day trips. The first and second level rooms offer stunning views of the sea. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Our host was extremely gracious and helpful, offering to move us to a larger room when we arrived and realized that Booking.com screwed up our reservation of the room with the exterior terraces on the second level.

The room that Booking.com reserved for us was not the room we requested. However, our host was able to move us to a larger room that was more acceptable but did not have the exterior terrace we thought we were reserving. Our new room was more spacious and did have a beautiful view. We appreciate that our host made every effort to correct Booking.com's mistake.

Wonderful sea view from our room, Rappolungo. It was quiet being slightly away from the village centre. An easy walk to the centre. The room and bathroom well equipped and all spotless. Both a kettle and coffee maker with supplies. Also a fridge provided. The hosts Massimiliano and Claudia both so friendly and helpful. Hope we can stay again.

Loved the outdoor space with the private garden, although there is also a public garden. Room was spacious and cleaned daily Massimiana was a fantastic host! Good location for Corniglia; right on the trail path and fine if you don’t mind the 400 steps to the station but massimiliano picked us up in golf buggy! Some noise transmission between rooms (not quite hotel standard) meant you could sometimes hear neighbours!
