The location was amazing, worth the walk to the top. Only when you climb to the top of a mountain are the views spectacular! Tatiana was very warm and welcoming, attentive to my needs. Offered to look after luggage after check out. The bed was very comfortable, room was lovely, also the view out my window. The lounge and deck was a great space to meet fellow travellers, very sociable. Enjoyed my stay here, wished it was longer..thank you Tatiana ❤️ Ciao bella, Debbie

Loved the location and views, the room was clean with a fabulous sea view. The property had everything we needed with a homely feel, and the shared terrace was great to have - we had it to ourselves any time we used it. Tatyanas communication was great and sent clear instructions of how to find the property and was easily contactable. Would only recommend this property to those with good mobility as it’s uphill. We had a fantastic stay and will definitely recommend to anyone visiting Cinque Terre.

We only stayed one night but absolutely loved the place! The views were breathtaking, the rooftop was amazing, and the bedroom was beautiful with good sheets and a comfy bed. Everything was spotless, and the check-in instructions were clear- Tatiana was so helpful and kind during check-out! We’d definitely stay here again.

The tv didn’t had nexflix, airplay or HDMI cable available- we wanted to watch a movie by the end of the night and ended up having to watch on the pc screen

It truly exceeded our expectations! We found it very peaceful and appreciated the thoughtful use of natural materials and simplicity in the design of the space. And the framed view of the sea—so lovely! The bed was very comfortable, the mini split warmed the room well (it was Manarola in December after all!) and there was plenty of hot water for showers after a day of exploring the area. While we didn’t have much time to fully appreciate them, the common area and rooftop terrace looked very inviting. It would have been fun to do some stargazing up there. The location was great—like living inside a postcard for a bit with the drama of the coastline and the colorful houses clustered on the cliffs. It was close enough to the train station and restaurants yet at the end of the lane, just above the cliffs. We loved how the place seemed like our own private oasis—just us and the sea!

The tub drained very slowly and standing in the accumulating water while showering was off-putting. We also wish we were allowed to have food in the room/common area/terrace.

The location of the place is excellent. Very easy to check in as well! The view is breathtaking and the terrace on the rooftop could be the best spot to see the sunset and Manarola altogether.

Despite the location and the breathtaking view, some essentials were missing in the room and should be there out of courtesy. There was no soap, no shampoos, no shower gels, no pillows (only 2 tiny ones), no bed sheets. If those are not provided, the guests should be informed accordingly so they come prepared.

The location and the view were spectacular. Our room was very clean. Tatyana took care of all our needs. She was wonderful and communicative. We parked in the garage and it was well worth the extra money to park there. She met us at the garage and made sure we knew how to get to the hotel. I cant say enough about how much we appreciated her!!

The rooms are a little small and you can hear most of whats going on in the halls due to the sliding doors. But that would jot deter us from staying there again!!

Absolutely, right on the sea when you open your apartment window, you can hear the sea crushing on the rocks below. Beautiful view. They have a common area upstairs with a couch and balcony. That is a shared space where you can enjoy warning, coffee, or afternoon aperitif.

People in the common room need to be aware to be kind and quiet during the times when people might be sleeping.

Amazing balcony with an incredible 270 degree ocean view. We spent several mornings on the balcony and really enjoyed relaxing there. Our room had a lovely large ocean view window that was also quite nice. Comfortable beds and decent shower.

Very minor feedback. Window could benefit from shades. The staff were a bit absent - our second day, there were no coffee cups available since all had been used the prior day and not yet replaced.

The location of the room is absolutely perfect, a 2 minute walk from the train station. The view from the room looks over the sea and you have access to a terrace. You have access to a coffee machine and kettle. Tatiana was super friendly and kind and allowed us to leave our bags upstairs for a few hours after we checked out. Grazie Mille Tatiana ❤️

For a short stay it wasn’t needed but if you were staying longer it could be nice to have cooking facilities.

We only had 1 set of pillows our 1st 2 nights. Some1 came in & cleaned our room when we didn't ask 4 this, touched & folded my pajamas which totally grossed me out & upset me just b4 our last night there. Took AWAY our bath towels which were barely used & did NOT give us new ones. Replenished all the Shower gels, which we didn't have the 1st 2 days at all. It was a weird experience, truthfully.
