I am extremely satisfied with our stay in the hotel. It's a total gem. Away from the crowds, it provides a super relaxing and quiet environment, while also being 2 minutes away from the central streets of Monterosso and around 10 minutes from the central beach area. The staff was extremely kind and welcoming. They offer free beach towels and a place to store your luggage after you check out. For breakfast, there was a wide variety of choices, and everything was delicious. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Location was very perfect, it was in the old area full of restaurants and sights, about a 10min walk from the train station, but I didn’t mind that since the views were breathtaking. Hotel was easy to get to, but take care since it is all cobblestones and very narrow so that last bit to the hotel you have to carry your baggage, also there is a stairs to approach, there is no lift so you ll have to carry your baggage. Rooms were very clean and no complaints on the facilities, we had the room with the terrace, highly recommended. As there is a partial view of the sea and the rest of the seaside.

It is not the easiest if you have issues with walking or lifting things, since there is no lift or accessible path, but that is not a reflection on the hotel since the topography is such, that there is no room to have those amenities.

The location of the hotel was perfect -- close to everything but a bit up a small alley so it was quiet. The breakfast was amazing! They served everything from pastries, fruit, to special order egg dishes. We loved the outdoor sitting area near the lobby for gathering before and after outings - also a there is a bar open all day for coffee and drinks. Overall it was a great experience. Highly recommend!

Some of the rooms are very small, but that is quite normal for Europe. My room with a balcony had a plenty of space.

Such a great find on booking.com. Communication was super quick from the start and the staff were brilliant. Very accommodating by allowing us an early bag drop off and also letting us leave a bag on check out to be collected later. We were given a towel each after check out so we could enjoy the beach and then offered use of shower, soap and fresh towels on our return to collect our bags … absolutely amazing ! A very lovely breakfast that can be taken in the garden, courtyard or indoors. Very friendly staff especially checkin reception staff. Thankyou for your hospitality. We really loved our stay.

We loved the quiet off the main corridors of the town. We loved the breakfast provided, there were many fresh options to choose from. The staff was very helpful to store our luggage before check in and also had a bathroom and towels for use for guests. We also loved the AC!

The rooms were small and the bathrooms even smaller, but that is to be expected in a small village. I felt that the rooms were a bit dated and the location is about 15 min walk from the train station but we knew this ahead. We didn't realized how much we would use the train and wished we would have been a bit closer to the train, but we did love the convenience to all the shops and restaurants so you just have to choose which convenience you would prefer.

We booked the room at the last minute as we decided to stay overnight in Monterosso. As soon as we book the room, the hotel sent me a very well detailed map on how to walk there from the train station. After a very pleasant 10 minute walk through cobblestone Street we arrived at the hotel. We were warmly greeted and the check-in process was flawless. Once we got to the room, the ductless air conditioner worked perfectly, and the room was quaint, clean and exactly what we Expected. In the morning the breakfast in the courtyard was fantastic with lots of variety, and the checkout process took only minutes. Overall, we are satisfied and would recommend to anyone who wants to move off the beach resorts and into the village.

Beautiful and clean. Balcony was fabulous. Bidet was a bonus. The breakfast was excellent. The common areas were very comfortable and clean. The staff was very professional and accommodating.

The shower stall was very narrow and difficult to move in. The shower head and controls were in the middle of the shower, very awkward and if you bumped into the control and hit the temperature lever, it was terrible, changing it to either super hot or cold. I'm 5' 4", 150 lbs, I can't see a large man being able to fit in the shower stall.

Friendly staff, responsive and welcoming. It is actually a hotel, unlike most of the other places we stayed in Cinque Terre. Room was clean, spacious and had a charming balcony. The bathroom was roomy with sufficient towels and good water pressure. The property has lots of little bonuses like a bar, garden areas for sitting and includs breakfast. The location is great for exploring old town.

Beds were a little on the firm side and pillows a bit on the thin side.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel! A special thanks to the incredibly friendly staff who kindly arranged a late check-in for us after hours — we really appreciated their flexibility and warm welcome. The room was clean and comfortable, though a bit dated, but it had everything we needed. Breakfast was good with a nice selection, and the location is simply amazing — close to everything and perfect for exploring the area.

Lovely hotel, staff was great, excellent breakfast. Excellent service. Great location just off the main road where it was quiet, but super close to everything. We opted to stay an extra night answer had to move rooms to a lower quality room and it was still great. I actually thought the bed in that room was more comfortable.

There is no elevator, so that will teach us to overpack! The bed in our first room was way too hard for my old back, and I tend to like a more firm mattress.
