The room was spacious and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The location is good in terms of peace and quiet, but it’s not near the centre of Trieste. Nevertheless, we took the 51 bus every day and we didn’t have any problems.

Nothing major, but it’s true that on a couple of occasions the a/c stopped working all of a sudden for no apparent reason and the wifi was spotty. Not enough power sockets in the room - I had to charge my phone in the bathroom.

There were fantastic dinners in hotel restaurant. They were very good end of the day, we recommend. Salad was always fresh. First course and main course were very tasty (me and my wife mention first dinner with excellent vegetable soup and excellent gulas and chicken). Location of hotel is very good (highway is just few minutes from hotel), no city noise. Parking for free with enough space. Staff was very friendly, very helpful, we felt like at home.

The owner and receptionist Mr. Marco. A really amazing professional, a man orchestra in that kind of business. Services provided fast and efficiently. The room was big and comfortable. Breakfast contains almost all you wish to eat. Impossible to try/taste all.

There were failures connecting to the internet. Do not trust navigation going to Banne. You should make it in two steps. Marco will give you the right instructions so as to reach Piazza dell Unita in 13 minutes.

Nice little hotel in the outskirts of Trieste. Plenty of parking spots, welcoming staff, adequately sized rooms, good tv with many channels, and typical italian breakfast with toasts, eggs, cold cuts, and sweets.

Nothing big but the lack of a lift can be problematic with heavy luggage and I found the coffee at breakfast too dark

The staff was amazing and super responsive, we even arrived a bit after closing and were able to check in. The beds are super comfortable, the hotel is clean and pet friendly. The breakfast was really good. It was really easy to find and it has a huge back yard with a lot of parking spaces. I think this is an ideal place to stop if you are on a longer trip and need some rest and recuperation.

Everything was amazing

Hotel met all expectations in location and amenities. Staff was cordial, friendly and helpful. The quiet atmosphere suited us....while the adventurous ride on the 51 bus route into Trieste centre, gave us the extra opportunity to see more quaint Carso locations.

We would have happily stayed longer had we had time.

You should be a bit careful if you are going to the place in the evening. It can be foggy and a bit slippery, just drive a little bit slower.

It was located in a quiet neighborhood and we had a really good sleep, there was a conditioner in the room. It was possible to make a coffee and there was complementary bottle of water. Pastry was excellent and the breakfast overall was good.

The way to the accommodation is a bit adventurous, uphill, but there is a beautiful view. The gentleman at the reception was pleasant. The breakfast was amazing. The room was beautifully renovated and clean. Parking free.
