I had to relocate during the hurricane Milton and had to leave along with my pets. Loved the way they kept all areas cleaned at all times. and the attention of the staff was amazing, always available to listen and help. I did not get complimentary breakfast with the stay, which with the rate paid, I think it should have been. But I want to thanks all staff that helped us since we got in: with the bags, the car, everything. Made the evacuation smoother.. Will def. stay again!!

All was ok. Only the rate was a little on the high range and it did not include breakfasts...

Property is very centrally located, beach is great. Room is spacey and comfortable, very clean. Beds are wonderful. Soundproof is good, it was quiet. Staff is very friendly and helpful. At check in, the staff member even walked us through all the pathways to show a way to our room in another building.

In a bathroom, the door is very strange, and bathroom even has a kind- of- window opening into the room. Wish we have more hooks on the door. At the beach, only chairs are included, but we had to pay for an umbrella- $30.00 daily.

The bed was very comfortable

I booked on booking.com it said the room I paid for had a balcony the room had no balcony just a window looking at a bunch of ac units that was very noisy through the night I called front desk they said none of the rooms comes with balconies but it’s a picture showing the exact room with a balcony and the ones with balconies was higher then the regular ones on the site

Breakfast was great. Location was great. Pool bar was great! Beach chairs was great.

The bathroom window and the fact that the test of the system wasn’t specific to what would be said. Hours after lights flashing the message to evacuate came on and I thought was real because it said this is not a test. I was in a panic and then to top it off the doors in the the stairwell are not marked very well still when you get to the bottom to exit. It actually doesn’t have an exit at very bottom it’s the laundry room. This information should be marked on the stairwell door. Maybe say exit at this floor to leave building safely. I was in a panic then had to go back up 2 flights because the bottom wasn’t a clear exit. I was very upset, stressed and disappointed. I did bring this to the person at front desk.

Extremely family friendly especially with littles! Microwave on lobby floor, car rental on site, Starbucks on site, free pool noodles available for kids, safe entrance to beach, amazing staff, on site restaurant was delicious, comfortable beds and pillows, dual showerhead with excellent pressure and temperature, super clean

An option to lock the restroom door or the restroom shutter window for privacy

The restaurant Lona was amazing, great good and exceptional view. Drinks are strong… well worth the price. This hotel had everything we were looking for as we didn’t want to venture out. Coffee bar had good coffee but there is also a Starbucks on the other side of the hotel. Waves bar and grill is poolside with good food and great drinks. Ocean view was awesome.

Air coming from under the door is loud, put a towel down. No balcony either. Not a deal breaker though.

We loved the location of the resort! It was so convenient to be able to walk from the hotel to the beach using the walkway in a matter of minutes. The pool was great, never too crowded and always chairs available.

We liked pretty much everything about the room and our stay. The one exception was the sliding door for the bathroom. You cannot lock the door and also there are holes in it, which is just an extremely bizarre choice. It made it difficult for our family with 2 toddlers who could open and close the door anytime they wanted.

The ocean front room view was exceptional! We stayed on the 10th floor and having the ability to open up the sliders and not only see , but hear the ocean throughout the night ! The Lona restaurant also had great drinks and tasty food and again able to enjoy the ocean view!!

The hotel was clean and comfortable. I was a disappointed with the room bathroom it was dated and I expected more of a spa feel with an updated shower , instead of a tub/ shower combination.

The location of the hotel is great, beach is beautiful and access to the beach via the bridge is very helpful if you have kids...The staff was very helpful and the restaurant in the hotel was really good for breakfast as well as supper.0

Parking is ridiculously expensive for guests. The daily parking fees where almost as expensive as the daily car rental rate. We had issues with the bathroom door in our room. The door fell out of its track, but was not a huge issue. Our shower was leaking from the base of the handheld shower gun, it made if a little difficult to keep the water inside the shower area.

Customer Service was excellent, location is great for families, pool and pool bar was lovely, beach section was well kept.

Bridge to beach wasn't accessible, the location of toilet paper in bathroom was awkward
