Front Desk Staff very friendly. I can not remember the front desk lady who checked me in on Thursday and worked breakfast Saturday & Sunday morning, she was amazing! I loved that she remembered my kids faces and informed me how she seen them step out early Sunday morning. Now I can honestly say that not many locations that I have stayed at ever really remember certain faces, due to them seeing so many people through out the day! So that was a huge bonus for me. She also called us in the room to inform us that we dropped some baseball caps outside the facility. Now she is someone who loves her job and made the stay for me so welcoming. I thank her for that!

There was not really much that I didnt like, I enjoyed everything just maybe wished they had a little more options for breakfast. Their was 1 thing nothing major it was minor and was not too big to complain about. I felt that at night the room would not get as cold.

Breakfast was ok the rooms were very clean, I'm really serious when it comes to a clean environment where I have to lay my head, to give an example, I bring my own plug ins,my disinfectant sprays,bleach cleaners,etc my own sheets n pillows disposable towels n all but this place I did a lil extra cleaning but not much that's how clean it was very much to my expectations I will be staying there again

Checking in was horrible but it wasn't the hotel fault it was booking.com fault it was a mistake on their part but before we left everything was all straightened out very pleased with the hospitality there staff was very nice n helpful but they really need to upgrade the wifi it was horrible other than that can't really complain bout anything else

They had a bigger breakfast than I thought, they have a special breakfast every morning as well as self made waffles, cereal, toast, bagels, breakfast pastries, fruit, and yogurt! Big spacious bathroom, room was a good size too, we had 6 in our party and it was a good size for us. It was about 10min from Pensacola beach but it seemed more like 15, I liked the area, you’re right down the street from a Walmart and pizza places, other stores and restaurants are not far off either (: all of the staff I interacted with were very nice and welcoming!

The housekeepers kept the room clean and made sure we had plenty of clean towels everyday. The beds were also comfortable. They also had a nice , clean pool. The area was very quiet and all around safe.

The toilet broke about the 2nd or 3rd day we were there , but it was fixed asap. The access code changes every Sunday and we were not aware of that because the employees did not specify.

I really liked the friendly staff in the dining room. It was always clean and the buffet was consistently stocked. The shower was nice and spacious with good water pressure. The location was equidistant to all the beaches we wanted to see.

The room had a pungent smell upon entering. The bed had a dip in the middle, which made it uncomfortable for sleeping.

It was convoy the interstate, but yet away from any noise or traffic. We had the King Suite, and it was well worth it, as well as the staff being totally awesome. I will stay at this Best Western again on my next Pensacola vacation. I have only high praise for this hotel.

The property seems new but it was very clean and easy to get to. It was an overnight stay as we were traveling. The room was nice and bed VERY comfortable! Coffee in rooms is always a bonus for me. Nice shower head and hot water.

We booked through Booking.com and requested a king room. We got a confirmation and was asked to pre register send a pic of my drivers license. I did this. Upon arrival I was given a two queen room and the front desk asked for my driver's license again. I said I had followed the directions and sent but her comment was it doesn't always work or the girl before me didn't print it. I also stated I asked for a king bed and I booked through Booking.com and she said she is giving us what Booking.com sent her. My confirmation stated a king. Bathroom is tight.

I liked that Sabrina in the breakroom was very hospitable and made me feel like I was family while I was there. The towels were clean. I look for that when I go to hotels. Nothing like seeing someone elses dirt on supposedly laundered towels. the room did have a musky smell but overall it was a very pleasant stay.

Free breakfast included with stay, coffee available downstairs, and plenty of snacks and drinks. The staff were super polite, and the area was really nice. The room was cozy and I had no issue preparing for my MCAT the night of my stay. Sheets were obviously clean, bathroom was nice. The staff at the front desk were some of the best.

The walls (and doors) seem really, really thin. I heard every conversation happening within 20 feet of my room - just a word of caution for those on a tryst. The air conditioner was really loud and woke me up a couple times just turning on, but that's just how some are, no biggie.

The staff was really amazing, those ladies know how to make someone feel welcome and made our stay well worth it! It was quiet, had lots of fun at the pool, breakfast was actually much better than most places we stay so was really nice. We’ll definitely be back!

The ONLY thing we had to complain about was the first room we had smelled like mildew from maybe not being used much and high humidity? I think if they simply had room humidifier this would solve their problems. But the lady up front just moved us to another without the issue. Either way, still HIGHLY recommend. Was a very lovely stay and would love to go back.
