The pool was heated so the water was very nice even though it was a little fresh in the late afternoon, the jacuzzi was hot as should be, the bar at the pool is good, the beach area and it's sun beds, atmosphere of the hotel, nice spadeful room, bathroom and good shower, very clean, good breakfast. the pool is open 24hrs so it's we could enjoy the jacuzzi at night.

They were cutting the grass from our balcony 8:30 am! The lady in the reception was not in her best mood, felt like when I was at the DMV where you even get scared the way they talk to you! Also she was questioning my service dog. Restaurant menus a little poor if you don't like sea food and if you have food allergies or if you are vegan, very poor menu for vegans. my vegan friend had a hard time and she is not even very fussy. The parking was very expensive 20$ per night for self parking is a rip off!

Balcony was very spacious & peaceful. Sol restaurant was very good. Selection of pool & beach side food service & drinks was top notch. Beach cabana added a memorable experience.

No umbrellas on the beach. Overcrowded with boats docking at the resort playing loud music. Hotel guests should receive priority over day pass guests. Not enough rafts. Limited shade with trees on the beach and everyone vying for a shaded spot. Had to get on the beach by 8am just to get a decent chair on the beach.

All the staff were incredibly polite and helpful. The grounds, pool and restaurants were exceptional.

On 2 occasions we were out of our room by 9:30 AM and when returned around 4 house keeping had still not attended to our room making us wait outside until done rather than resting prior to dinner as we had planned. Also our family had ordered a cheese board thru the hotel for our anniversary to be delivered around 3, instead it came at 10pm with no card so we had no idea who sent it until the following day when we were called by a manager to inform us of the error and tell us if the card.

Elegant property. Immaculate pool. Restaurants were excellent.

The music was too loud for our sensitive ears. We are in our early 60’s and prefer peace and quiet. The music was loud outside around the pool from 11 am to late evening. Live music in the evening was so-so. The group on Tuesday, Oct 1 was out of tune and unpleasant to me and especially to my wife who is a trained musician. For those who prefer a party type atmosphere, the loud music is probably great.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Nice to go onto the beach from the pool.

Everything was too expensive for what you got and taxes upon taxes. I would have expected the bed and pillows to be more comfortable and the room wasn’t as clean as it should have been. I had to rub down the balcony before hanging things on it. And bits in the corners of the room had been missed. Pool side area had some stains for two days and only went because we had a downpour.

we loved the pool and beach. It was very nice to lay on hammocks on beach.

pool bar staff was just ok. There was a lot of hanging around with other resort staff while people were waiting for drinks and the drinks were not great.

This was by far the best vacation of my life and I travel very frequently for work . The location is amazing the resort beautiful the staff wonderful and my view was breathtaking. This was my first time to the Florida keys and to be honest I had no idea how beautiful this location was. I can’t wait to come back next year . I always use booking and I enjoy the ease of it however this was the first time I had issues with the final pricing. At check out I was charged additional charges from resort like parking and extra room rate . This has never happened. Even though I had my invoice and booking spelled out what I had payed for . Maybe this needs to be fixed through the app . Better communication with resort on what is covered with the price and fees so there will be no surprises. I loved everything. The location the room was very spacious and clean . The decor was very classy. The grounds were beautiful the staff were very friendly and inviting. The kids club convenient. The live music was a plus and we loved the pool and hot tub being open 24 hours

The only I didn’t like was the surprise charges at checkout . Also the extra charge was increased rate for the weekend that had already been quoted different in my invoice .

Enjoyed our stay at Playa Largo Resort. The beach was nice, large pool and plenty of seating. We ate at the Sand Bar and food was good. Staff was friendly too. We had a double queen room with just a window view and room was clean and larger than expected so it was a good size for my husband and I and our 17 year old for 3 nights. It's also close to us (about an hour and 20 minute drive) so it's a nice little getaway for a few days without paying for airfare.

I think what could be better is less sand build up in the pool water and hot tub. I think it should be cleaned more regularly and swiped with a net more. It wasn't horrible, but the sand was a bit much. I also think that the Sand Bar and outdoor service areas should be accommodating their employees with a fans or mist fans to keep them cool during the hot season. The employees were super nice but were dying from heat and one of the servers experienced heat exhaustion while we were there. Please provide your hard working employees with ways to keep themselves cool.

All in all very nice hotel, great rooms, nice pool and small beach where great sunsets can be seen. Restaurant Sol is really offering nice dinner.

Slow kitchen…waiting 45-60min for lunch or dinner at La Marea restsurant. Slow removal if any if all the plastic cups etc.therefore pool and beach full of plastic everywhere

Wife and I have stayed here before so we know what to expect. Beautiful location, quality resort, top notch grounds

Gets crowded on weekends due to people “resort hopping” and hogging up the pool. Resort had septic tank issues by our bungalow, constant septic truck up and down the path, noise, mud, etc…….but the resort manager reached out to us to comp us. Impressive that they took the time before I even made a complaint. That’s hospitality, and an establishment that cares
