The staff were very personable. We appreciate our first vacation as a family and ended up booking one additional night lol. The room was clean the only thing I didn't like was the coffee/tea maker I overflowed and made a mess every time lol although my husband never had an issue when he used it. Breakfast was on point everyday and a cute little pool that we got to enjoy pretty much by ourselves. Plus we brought our dog and she was treated with the same kindness and our family. We will definitely be back thanks

This is my family's "go-to" hotel in the area. Staff remembered me and my usual requests! Met other family here for Mother's Day weekend. Breakfast is gradually improving to pre-Covid levels/quality. Enjoyed having a relaxed breakfast with family. We lingered over our coffee...coffee is good here. Clean and overall well kept. A great stay as usual.

First night noisey guests across the hall from me. Slamming doors and talking loud until 10 p.m. Noise started again at 7 a.m. next morning. Glad they checked out by 10 a.m. otherwise would have requested a room change for the remainder of my stay.

Very good overall cleanliness of the room and hotel common areas. I stay here regularly (about every other month) and the hotel is very clean. The free breakfast is usually pretty good. I also stay here because I feel safe. My husband and siblings also always stay here when they are in the area, based on my recommendation, and they like this hotel a lot too.

--The bed/mattress made a loud noise when you sat on it (on the side closest to the door). Appeared to be the side most people used since it was sunken down a bit on that side. The mattress seems to need to be rotated regularly (as mattress makers recommend) to get even wear. --Hotel staff didn't advise guests where to go during early a.m. Tornado Warning. I knew to go to the first floor and went to the breakfast area on

The location of the hotel was perfect. Just follow the Google directions to get to the hotel since it's only accessible from one side of the road. The pet rooms were nice and accommodating with a pet cover on the couch. Breakfast was great and plenty of seating.

I could hear the man above our room make every footstep and cough. Extremely thin walls/ceilings did keep me up all night.

Hotel was safe, clean, and comfortable. Front desk staff was courteous and helpful, and I was very pleased. TV and internet worked wel and really didn't experience any problems.

For an economy hotel, the rate is expensive. Also, the breakfast area is too small and they kept running out of food, especially things like bacon & sausage. Not all the fault of the hotel however, guests hoard items as I witnessed guests take half the tray of bacon when delivered denying other guests from having any and the hotel couldn't keep up.

Room was very clean. Staff was very friendly. Checking in and out very quick. Breakfast was pretty good.

The only problem I had was the price, but my grandson planned his wedding on a holiday weekend that coincided with high school graduations for every school within 50 miles! So I understand why it costed twice as much as it should have. I just didn’t like it.

We evacuated from the hurricane and found the hotel to be clean and the rooms were big and comfortable. It is located in a safe and convenient location close to restaurants, stores and parks. A good hot breakfast. All the staff were very helpful. The breakfast attendant did an excellent job handling the busy mornings full of evacuated families.

With a full house parking was tight.

The breakfast provided was good. The staff hustled to keep up with the customer's needs during the peak time periods. They did a great job! In fact their efforts brought my overall staff rating up. Next survey should rate staff of various elements individually to get true results (i.e. customer service desk, maintenance, breakfast staff).

Customer Service Staff seemed to be "doing the job" but lacked positive attitude. When assistance was needed or a question presented to them it seemed as if they were "bothered" by the requirement to respond. They were not rude but they certainly were not approachable.

It was very clean and the staff was amazing! From the start to the end, the experience was amazing!

The Staff and breakfast! They had everything you wanted for breakfast from 2 different types of waffles, to egg omelettes and scrambled eggs, 3 different types of sausage, biscuits with gravy, etc!

The place itself was amazing but the clerk at the front desk charged my card twice. The money was back on my account but I had to go to corporate to get the funds back on my card. The charge on my card was fraudulent charges an the clerk denied overcharging my card an this made me not want to stay there again. That's sad because the room an hotel is very nice.

The front desk clerk was overcharging my card on occasion when I would not have known if my bank hadn't called to inform me of the fraudulent charges.
