Fairfield by Marriott is a really good affordable place to stay at if you don't want to spend a lot but at the same time you want a good reputation. It had everything we needed. The place was clean and room service is available upon request. Staff was very nice and helpful. The bed was comfortable. Most importantly they had free parking in their facility, unlike other places in Orlando. The location was excellent close to a lot of stores, restaurants, pharmacy and important attractions.

Breakfast was very basic. Not a lot of choices but i mean you get what you pay for i guess. However, the coffee was good and the choices provided tasted good. They did fill up what was empty and you do have access to it anytime a day, for coffee or water or whatever.

The Fairfield Inn in Kissimmee provided a comfortable and convenient stay for my recent business trip. The rooms were clean and well-appointed, with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant night's rest. One of the standout features was the complimentary breakfast. They offered a good variety of hot and cold items, making it easy to start the day off right without having to go elsewhere for food. Also, the hotel is conveniently located near a Publix supermarket. This was a major plus, as I could easily pop over to Publix to grab anything I needed during my stay.

Wi-fi was not great. That was the only negative was that the wifi seemed a bit slow, which is an issue for people like me that need to do a lot of online work or streaming.

Location and cleaning

No WiFi in the hotel since I check-in at 4:00 pm till 8:00 am second day. The welcoming by the receptionist Deposit of 100 dollar when I checked in, which was not written in the website, and no receipt was given for it, hopefully I will have it back in my account as they told me will have it in a couple of days .

As a first time user of Booking .com - I was delighted to see this hotel met my high expectations. The staff was great - breakfast and facility all good. Parking was available and free to the guests. I will be back!

Hotel hallway was not air conditioned.... not sure if it was out or they chose to not turn it on. 99 degrees...very warm till we got to the room.

Friendly stuff, convenient location, it was nice to have breakfast included in our stay.

Soundproofing of the rooms should be better, especially If you’re in the room that is close to the elevator. You will hear the elevator’s noise and people’s conversations. Something that is not a fault of the hotel staff

Location was great for visiting Disney, specially with a rental car, it’s around 10 mins to any park! The staff were really nice and helpful.

The shower water pressure could have been better. Breakfast was decent, although few more options to choose from would have been great!

Staffs were willing to assist customer. It was beyond our expectation. Staffs had offered different room while fixing smoke detector. We were really appreciated.

Staff went above and beyond to assist us with the phone mount. However, staff had missed understood us. Thus, the phone mount was almost useless. I had to use rubber bands to secure my phone to the phone mount. This costed me about $42 dollar. Now the phone mount is in the stage that I can't return or exchange it.

This hotel is ALWAYS clean, and staff ALWAYS friendly and helpful. I stay at this particular hotel at least 3 times a year. It is on a direct road that exits onto Disney Property also. Free parking is one of the valuable perks that are hard to find nowadays. I highly recommend it, but on second thought, maybe I should keep it my little secret 😉

breakfast was very good. the bacon was good just needed cooked a little longer. we were staying because my husband was having surgery at Celebration Hospital, and the food was very accommodating for him thanks.

The milk was a little sour. thats all.

Dependable quality.

Pillows - they always collapse and I end up with neck discomfort. You should build a pedestrian bridge over the nearby canal so you can walk to the Gaylord.
