pool under construction and no warning given prior to arrival.

Very clean. Convenient location to stores and restaurants. Nice pool. Updates to the rooms were very nice!

.The complimentary breakfast was lacking compared to other Quality Inns that we have stayed at previously. Could use updates to the outside!

Easy to get to. Responded quickly to our messages and was easy to work with on our very late arrival. Our room was clean and comfortable.

The breakfast is convenient and decent as long as you are not a diabetic, have gluten intolerances, dairy allergies, etc. there was no fruit or proteins available.

Overall it was pleasant. They really need to change that picture though cuz that pool ain't there anymore. It's too bad because it used to be a nice pool but this covid crap just gives these hotels any excuse to not give you breakfast or take care of the facilities and it's ridiculous

The carpets in the room are so dirty I had to walk around with socks on and when you walk out of the room the concrete in front of the rooms is stickier than two movie theaters. A little pressure washing would go a long way but whatever

the moment I entered the property, I was greeted warmly by the staff. Everything was ready as promised and the room was close to the main building. All the amenities you would expect, fridge, microwave, comfy beds, wifi, a writing station, clean bathrooms and a reading and writing section. Naturally, all rooms have an air conditioner. next tine, I will be staying longer..

the fact I was only there for one night.

Room 241 was clean and the beds very comfortable. However we discovered their were plumbing problems (no cold water, and toilet that didn't flush well), but that can happen anywhere and anytime. Room 257 had trash (empty beer cans) in the corner. We did not use the breakfast facilities.

The night shift gal purposely put us in rooms that were quite a distance apart in spite of (or maybe BECAUSE of?) the fact that I had requested adjacent rooms.

there was parking in front of every room. the room was clean well put together when we arrived.

the microwave plate didn’t fit in the microwave and it wouldn’t spin lol but otherwise it’s good

Very nice and quiet with different restaurants to choose from. It was just a great time to get away from home.

Absolutely exceptional for the price point, location and expectation of quality customer service. Staff we very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about events in the area.

I could have had spent more time but unfortunately didn't have any.
