Always have a pleasant experience here but this time it was different

The toilet/bathroom was not clean I had to clean the toilet myself as there was literal skid marks on the toilet seat, secondly when me and my boyfriend got there we went on the bed and immediately noticed the bed was very springy we ended up sleeping and woke up the next day and our backs hurt so bad my boyfriend put his hand under the mattress to find it had been flipped over so the bottom was up right… we slept on springs for the night thinking it was an old mattress when in reality the bed was flipped, I have no idea why but we flipped it back over to the proper side and had a good sleep after. This is the first bad experience I’ve had here but I won’t let it stop me from coming back as this is a nice place to stay for the price and cleanliness.

Clean, comfortable motel. Staff was helpful and kind.

Refrigerator did not work TV did not work. Arrived around 4ish. Settled in the 1st room with tv and refrigerator not working. Went out to dinner. At 8:30 pm, The young desk lady tried to get the tv and refrigerator working. She kept unplugging both items and letting the appliances 'rest'. Finally after no success getting either the tv or refrigerator to work, we changed room. As a diabetic, I needed the refrigerator for medication!

The hotel/ motel is affordable, good location (for my needs), newer furniture, is clean. the night stand had a socket and USB ports on the front which was very convenient. Shows that simple amenities are being thought of for the customer.

I need to check in early than my other friends and I asked the manager to keep the same room for me. And they managed that well. There are two family restaurant nearby which are very good.

Position is not ideal. Got big trucks coming and going nearby

Staff was awesome , room was clean , nice and quiet, good location, I always stay here when I’m in town .

There was nothing I Didn’t like .

The room was clean & tidy and wasn't misding any essentials. Affordable.

Fast check in and check out, great housekeeping that deserves a raise.

Toilet was dirty, but housekeeping treated me like family and cleaned it right away

Was well kept and clean. Bathroom could use paint.

The bathroom needed to be painted and the coffee machine in room was defective.

budget hotel, budget price. they do that well. they are not 5 star, and neither is the price
