Hotel is a little out of the way. Quiet (no road noise). Breakfast was good... a machine that makes pancakes with the push of a button, omelets pre-maid, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, bagels, sweet rolls... etc. Bed was older but not hard. Large TV with Direct TV. Shades did a good job blocking out morning light.

Wanted to watch Cubs vs. Brewers but the Direct TV didn't have the Marque Network. It had the MLB network channel showing the game from both teams, but it wasn't available to watch... or purchase to watch. Older Tub with a short Shower Curtain... leaked on the floor. You unfortunately hear every door on the floor close... but that's a problem with almost every hotel. Had a difficult time finding a luggage cart when I arrived, but there were plenty when checking out.

Good location, the front desk worker was great and very nice. She was fast and friendly, she answered all the questions I had. Pool looked nice, and the room was big with comfy beds. Lights all worked fine and towels smelled clean and tub was clean. I had a double booking as well on accident or some kind of error through booking.com, the hotel was GREAT at handling it and all the times I called because I was going in circles with a 3rd party, the hotel answered all emails and questions I had. The people who worked on this for me, you were fabulous and patient with me. Thank you. Thank you for canceling that room without fees due to the error. You are much appreciated, and I will hopefully return, without giving you a headache this time.

The hotel and room smelled bad. Like pee almost in our room at least, I brought an air freshener like I always do, and it helped so much otherwise my husband wanted to change rooms. The people next to us were very loud and talked so much and loudly til about 2,3 am which made me not sleep well. But finally got quiet around 4am. That wasn’t the hotels fault but everything else was fine and clean. Thank you

We attended our sons Navy graduation. They provided free shuttle service to and from graduation. Our driver Mr. Jeet was excellent, he picked us up at 6:15am and we were sitting in our graduation seats by 6:40am. He by‐passed traffic. He also provided his cell number for when we were ready for pick up. Don't worry about packing towels, body wash, lotion, shampoo & conditioner. The hotel provided Dove products.

The hotel for the most part was very clean. Although there was a spill the first morning we were there right outside the elevator that ended up drying on the floor. I was concerned that someone would fall and notified the front desk but no one cleaned it up right away. Also the day we left there was quite a bit of ice in the walkways, I felt that was a slipping hazard as well.

The hotel was clean. The sheets and pillows were soft. The staff was friendly and helpful. They also provided a free shuttle service to the Navy Base for graduation. Nice breakfast each morning and items were continuously refreshed while areas and tables cleaned. In addition, it was close to restaurants and stores. I would definitely stay there again!

My stay was for the graduation of a family member from Navy Camp. The hotel met and exceeded my expectations for what I wanted to be in the place. Very calm, the staff was very attentive and made sure that we were comfortable. I recommend it and if I return to Waukegan I choose this hotel, since it is located very well to go out and enjoy Chicago.

Very clean and easy to find. Staff was very familiar with the area and provided restaurant guides and maps to naval base. Stayed here due to free shuttle to basic training graduation site and back to hotel. Breakfast was good and hot every morning and snack bar in lobby was well stocked. Room was cleaned every morning and restocked. Absolutely no complaints at all with my stay, the facility, or the staff.

The property was conveniently located near six flags great America, which was our purpose for traveling to gurnee. The girl working the desk on Saturday (10/21) night was fantastic, super friendly, welcoming and made check in a breeze (name started with a K). Breakfast was better than most hotel breakfasts, lots of hot options. Hotel was near lots of retail/food options. Pool was smaller than expected but clean and kids had plenty of fun swimming before bed. Room was clean and spacious.

Nothing really stood out as bad. Our blind was torn near the bottom but it didn’t affect use.

Super clean facilities, extremely friendly staff, daily complimentary breakfast is delicious, beds are comfy, and the hotel doors have hooks for the traditional Navy graduation anchors which we absolutely loved. We will stay here again. Overall great experience.

Most all the staff in this facility went above and beyond. Smile and spoke this included the cleaning crew, and front staff. VERY helpful information of things to do and gave you their card if we needed help while out. Best hotel staff i have ever encountered thanks. They even freshen up your room daily.
