Excellent corner room king suite. 8th floor had great views. Great bed. Good shower pressure but it's binary so it's either really high or you have to turn it off...there isn't a way to soften the pressure.

In room coffee was not good, plus only one variety: decaf. Shower area is a bit dated but functional. Outlets lack USB ports or other ways to charge devices. Parking was $19 a night. Luckily the room was discounted so we didn't mind but this maybe a deal breaker for others. Pool was not working Nov 8-9. Did not have time to check out hot tub but both are on the 3rd floor.

The property was very nice and well maintained.

The front desk lady didn’t know how to work their EV charger. I asked if I could get access to it and she replied with “my manager will let me know when they get back from the airport” (she never got back to me). As I was walking back to my car, their security guard hassled me with questions as if I wasn’t a paying guest there.

for my son and I it was great! staff was very pleasant and welcoming. The room and view I had on the 8th floor was beautiful of the city being the first time there.

I would have loved a small microwave in the room, the refrigerator was great, but having to go out at night especially to the lobby was a bit uncomfortable.

The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and spacious. Food at the restaurant and bar was great!

The bar closed too early. We were in town for the 49ers game, and by the time we got back to the hotel, we had barely an hour to eat, drink and relax.

I am here so often whenever I in town. I’m always check in early around one or 2 o’clock all the time I pay additional charge $20 only. But last time they type me $40 I’m not happy for that. I told them and they say no it’s $40 that’s only point I’m not happy I don’t mind the pay. But that is not right I never received any email for race.

Clean, comfortable room: good bed and good pillows. Good shower and bathroom.

1. Water pressure from sink- almost none. Horrible. 2.TV volume didn't work right- barely audible. 3. Front Desk got my booking for extra night all screwed up- double billed me and I'm still trying to get that refund.

Restaurant dinner (burger) exceeded expectations. Staff was great as well in restaurant and lobby.

Shower could be better, the pressure is hard to control.

Nice, clean and modern room. My room is facing the road but I cannot hear any road noise. Desk space is excellent for working. The location is excellent, just across the street from Milpitas Square where Ranch 99 Supermarket and many other restaurants are. The hotel is not that close to the airport (15-20 minutes) but they provide airport pickup and drop-off.

If breakfast is included in the room price, I would have rated this 10/10. There is a small gift shop at the reception, but a small bottle of mineral water costs over $4. I haven't purchased any breakfast items from the gift shop but I am guessing they won't be cheap. The restaurants opposite the hotel mostly open at 11 am.

Our experience overall was a good one.

I was disappointed in the stains on the couch in the room. I just used the spare blanket to cover the couch.

The hotel is well located

The room service is only upon request and breakfast is overpriced. The swimming pool is out of service
