Facility was great clean and calm. Nice gym and cleaning stuffs were great and friendly. Nice location too

The receptionist might need a little briefing and manners lessons about their job. You talk respectfully to a client. I don't care about your attitude, I'm paying for a service and I expect near perfection even if you have to fake being nice and learn to do your job right. The manager was a sweetheart, nice and helpful. A professional 👏🏾

The room itself was nice. A king suite with plenty of room. Parking was plentiful.

Breakfast was mediocre but no fault of the staff. I'm sure it was what they were given to serve. Watery eggs and Jimmy Dean sandwiches, yuk. Highway noise was annoying. There were no charging stations for my electric rental so that would be a nice addition.

Friendly staff, easy freeway access, we usually stay here when in the area.

Bed was uncomfortable and pillows were paper thin. I had to ask for an extra blanket and additional pillows. It would be nice if they had them in the room. But they were easy to get from the front desk.

Location was great to big break Marina, where I fished.

I didn’t like that a $150.00 deposit was held out my Bank Account, which I will not get back for 3-4 days, I mean they didn’t even clean the room, because of Covi I guess, so a reduced price should have been given, I may not stay there again, because of holding $150.00. I can see $50.00, but $150.00? It’s just not right.

The whirlpool spa tub, which was like amazing 🙄❣️ Everything was clean ✨, and the air conditioner works, I just loved the tub above everything else. Breakfast was included I believe but I didn't stop to grab a bite. However, I saw many at the breakfast area, so must've been good

The smell? I got used to it 🤷🏻‍♂️ but the minute I stepped inside, there was an odor? Didn't bother me too much tbh, but it was something I did notice.

Very clean our room was great King suite. the couch in room was very comfortable and attractive. Breakfast was breakfast sandwiches, burritos, fruit and juices. no cooked food. You had to microwave everything, it was fair better than no breakfast options. The breakfast attendant was friendly and efficient. Front desk staff was unpleasant, short unprofessional and had bad customer service skills. No maid service unless you ask. Welcome to Covid.

The other guests. Sloppy dumping food out of their vehicles and no one to pick it up. When I asked for a broom to sweep it I was told I couldn’t be given one and the house keeper would do it. no one every came out. Someone told the light outside. shady people walking around, its Central California and a lot of fast food restaurants in immediate area.

The rooms were VERY clean and had plenty of towels. The carpet looks like they shampoo it regularly and the beds slept completely comfortable.

No issues.

Very clean and friendly staff. Very close to family we were visiting. Also enjoyed the expresso /hot chocolate machine.

I have stayed in this hotel before and always have a pleasant stay. It’s always clean and the rooms are in good conditions.

Nice quiet room, very good breakfast.

Exhaust fan in bathroom was very noisy, that the property made an adjustment on our bill, and said they would see that it got fixed.
