Pros - close to walk of fame, but you still have to walk 3 blocks from Hollywood Highland station. From there, everything is accessible. there is a busstop nearby Area felt safe in a quiet street Hotel attendants were accomodating, and they were able to store our luggage after checkout Room was spacious enough

Cons - you can hear people upstairs, in the hallways.. its hard to sleep The pillows are uncomfortable The washroom was not cleaned enough, I can see mold in the nook of the bathtub our room needs upgrade, ie. theres duck tape on the floor room door doesnt close, so you have to pull it. Our door latch looked broken

The cleaning personnel works really hard to keep the common areas and rooms clean and comfortable. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming. The location is exceptional if you are a tourist wanting to be within walking distance of the walk of fame, nightlife, etc. It can be loud outside at night but that's the whole purpose of staying near everything.

The location is right around the corner from nightlife, restaurants and bars, people hanging out on Hollywood Blvd. I love how loud and active it can get outside but just a warning if you're expecting to be quiet and secluded from all the city noise.

Staff was helpful and friendly, rooms were clean..yes the building is old but they did a great job updating the rooms. People complained about noise...I didnt find it too noisy our night except for someone's dog when some people came by but they finally kept quiet..

I totally understand why they don't have a coffee pot In Each room...you can get coffee down stairs...monitored. But...I think they should have small shampoos at least..bar soap.helps..can be hand and body soap...but I wouldn't wash my hair w that...we were only overnight so not a big deal..if plan on staying longer..bring your own travel.size shower items. :)

The location was excellent for my needs. It was a ten minute walk from the venue that I was visiting and a stone's throw away from Hollywood Blvd. I arrived early in the morning, so they were able to hold onto my luggage until check in time. I was helped by Manny who was very kind and attentive. The room was great for my needs and the AC worked great. It does make noise, but I don't mind it since it helps me sleep. The windows do open, so it was nice to get some fresh air.

I was on the fourth floor and the WiFi was weak and spotty. I ended up connecting to my hotspot. I had some pretty loud neighbors next door and upstairs, but it didn't bother me as much as it may have with your average hotel guest. The service was OK. The front desk staff pretty much had their heads down the entire time, so you can stand at the front desk and they wouldn't know you were there. Not a real welcome to the motel. Even a simple hello makes a difference.

I like the staff was really nice , from the security downstairs in the parking lot to the ladies who cleans The area is really nice and secure Hollywood blvd is ,like, the next street down I could walk my dogs in the mornings and afternoons

The room didn’t have microwave So If you need to heat up something you have to go to the lobby and sometimes there is a line Also, the parking is not free. It’s only 20dlls a day and it’s a security all night so it’s really save I liked that but it’s not free as the website said

The property was clean, the parking was very good especially because it had 24hr security. The room to include the bathroom was clean. Bed was a little on the hard side but I still got good sleep. WiFi was adequate. The Ice machine and vending machines were in the main lobby but had a decent selection. The hotel was close to Hollywood Boulevard and the walk of fame, walking distance close. Universal Studios where I went was a short drive from there as were some good restaurants. I would stay again if traveling in the area.

Elevator was pretty slow.

Not enough parking. Beds were not that great. Roaches in our fridge.

I like the location, the rate, the structure of the hotel being all in doors and the rooms are clean, but my favorite part is there are bathtubs.

My friend and I stay her on our girl trips, but unfortunately even though we stay during weekdays, it's very noisy through the late hours. We experience this every booking. Doors opening and shutting constantly, people walking up and down the hallways while talking and laughing extremely loud, running in the hallways, dogs parking all night. It's always after 10pm and continues until 4am.

Great location only a few miles from Universal Studios and a 5 minute walk to the Chinese Theatre. It was a great price for a one night stay after visiting Universal Studios. The room was clean and the staff were friendly when we checked in. Parking in the garage underneath the hotel was easy and was an additional $20.

The area around the hotel did not feel very safe in the evening. This is a functional hotel and not lots of facilities. So it is good for a short stay to access things around Hollywood but probably not for a long term stay.

tha location was great, parking was very conveniant and secure with a very good price, and the room is very big so it was a nice stay

people next room were moving furniture all nite long and did not let me sleep one night and in the other nite some people were screaming in the loby my room was really near the loby so that was not good experience the city taxes were not expected in my budget please let us know about this things we come fron onother country so we have to be worn about this extra expesnses
