the location was perfect, very close to rodeo drive and all the shops and restaurants close by. the staff were wonderful. the hallways are decorated nicely. the location felt safe and there were always people around.

the first room we were put in was tiny and dark. we were staying for 2 weeks and there was barely any storage, a tiny wardrobe and hardly any surface space at all. not even room to open a suitcase properly. i also had asked for an upstairs room well in advance of my stay and we were allocated a downstairs room. however, half way through the trip the staff were able to change our room and it was so much better, much more room and upstairs. other down points were mainly room details - lighting didn’t work properly, not a plug on both sides of the bed, bathroom door didn’t shut properly.

Nice room, good location

We had to be moved from beverly hills to santa monica because of an issue with our room. The lady who helped us was very nice and understanding. However, it was disappointing to move location because their shortcomings.

This budget hotel has piled the money into what really matters, wonderfully comfortable bed, spotless linen, fluffy towels, gallons of hot hot water and really spacious rooms. I loved it and will definitely return. My room had a safe for my passport and jewelry and tea and coffee making facilities. Very friendly and helpful staff, plus a very nice restaurant. What’s not to like.

Cleaning is not done- only with an extra charge does the room get cleaned. Stairs ( but only a few) are present without a lift.

- i was disgusted by the bathroom - its all concrete and didn't look clean even though it was clean. Also when you switch on the light in the bathroom a loud fan goes on which can be heard in the rooms next door too - rather small rooms but didnt matter that much

My stay at The Crescent Powered By Sonder in Beverly Hills was outstanding. Despite a minor issue with the shower in our initial room, the attentive staff promptly upgraded us, ensuring our comfort was a top priority. The location is unbeatable. The staff is very friendly, smiles and help all the time. Having the Nua restaurant at the hotel was very convenient

The room lights, the A/C, the TV were outdated and uncomfortable. The room was a little too small, a place to sit down would have been nice No outlet to charge phone/etc on both sides of the bed

The rooms had everything we needed, and the front desk staff was so helpful and friendly. The location cannot be beat. You can walk out your door to any and all shops and restaurants you could want. The restaurant attached to the hotel was amazing. Great food, great vibe and the valet service was a huge plus. We would definitely choose to stay at the Crescent hotel by Sonder again!

The location was excellent, the staff helpful and friendly and the hotel very clean

I found confusing the pre-registration to the hotel as a guest, the security codes etc. Too complicated and takes up time as extra steps for me. Also concerning the room, it was a bit noisy looking at a rear window on the ground floor, and the lighting in the room needs revising - no bed lamp and the overall room lights went on and off by the door not near the bed.

The location was perfect and clean. The staff were very friendly. We didn’t need a car to get round and where it’s located made it easy to get from location to location via car services.

The only thing I would say I didn’t like was that the rooms were on the smaller size and we opted for a bigger room but it’s an older building so what else is to be expected.
