Room and location were great. Great view from rooftop.

The breakfast wasn't the best. The gym wasn't 24 hours. The rooftop closed early.

The staff were great and very kind and welcoming. The location was perfect.

When we got to our room we went into the bathroom and found used hand soap with dried bubbles in the dish and used towels. The cleaning service was down the hall and they gave me new soap and wiped the dish and gave a new towel but it made us wonder how clean the rest of the room was.

The bed was incredibly comfortable. The shower was nice with good water pressure.

We were gone all day until 5:30 when housekeeping showed up to clean the room. Pretty awkward and inconvenient. The $22 Club sandwich at the restaurant was inedible. They grilled the bread so long it almost broke a tooth on the first bite. The lighting and the switches for, we're very strange.

The vibe and ambience! Beautiful! Love the music!

Well getting off of the elevator on the 3rd floor- I thought the curtains to the opening looked out of place. Such a gorgeous hotel and that piece looks cheap. Perhaps build a wall with a door for a better look. I think the space is used for hotel maintenance staff. No microwave. But everything else is fabulous.

Cleanliness, polite staff, everyone greeted us making us feel very much welcomed, the room we stayed in was beautiful. The location was absolutely convenient and walking distance to everything.

Can’t say there was something I didn’t like, it was overall a great place.

The amenities, the locations was close to everything and the complementary coffee.

The location is centralized but the building is near some smelly areas that are not kept up. We would walk to the store nearby and find someone pissing in the outer corner of the building. Things were pricey here like food.

The staff was friendly

The hotel was under staffed. Hotel (ex) employees were protesting at the entrance. The refrigerator was full of items to be paid (high prices) for if used. Very little room left for leftovers and drinks. There was no microwave in the room. No sitting area or sofa.

The location of the hotel - Very closed to everywhere! You don't really need a car if you want to walk on hollywood street.

The price is too high. Also, we paid in advence and then where told that we left to pay "destination fee" which we where told in advance that we paid already...

Cleanness, comfortable bad, and very polite costumer service.

The only thing that I didn’t like was the noise of the strike that was in front of hotel at 6:00 am in the morning 🙁
