The way the room smelled and it was very clean no bugs🥳 the young man and the desk was nice sweet young man ! And that's a plus now a days people don't know how to talk to people he was and a+ in my book! My son even said they act nice here. It was very quiet❤️❤️❤️❤️you got to love that

The staff at check in were friendly and they accommodated my early check in request. The room was basic and clean. The heater worked well thankfully because it was quite cold at night. They only thing was the outside grounds were kinda of messed up there was a lot of trash on the ground and it probably could have used an all over pressure washing. But to be honest it was not a big deal. The price was good. The room was very clean and comfortable. I would stay there again should i ever have a reason to go back to Vacaville.

Staff was exceptional. I wasn't feeling well and a member of housekeeping saw me struggle with my suitcases. She immediately came over and assisted me. Front desk lady was also very kind and professional.

Not enough light. DatrkShower leaked. Also the air conditioning unit leaked all over the floor. Some bugs in the bathroom. Dark areas in room...

Office staff was Great!! Room was clean with hot water! And it was a Great value.

A hand towel would have been nice.

I wish she had warned me the toilet leaked at the floor board when flushed. It was obvious a problem because I did see the floor had been cut into around the toilet and boards put there to cover the holes.
