The hotel was comfortable and the restaurant served breakfasts and dinners and the food was fresh and tasty. Dinners can also be prepared to take to your room. They sell snacks, a couple of fresh foods (sandwiches, salads, yogurt, a couple of frozen meals and ice cream sandwiches), and soft drinks in the lobby. There is a fridge (unstocked) microwave, and Keurig single serve coffee maker in the room which i found convenient. They have a small laundry room where you can wash clothes. The entire staff were friendly, polite, and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

I had a large, comfortably appointed room but the hotel does appear to be a bit dated. If nothing else, I would replace the carpeting. It would be nice to have a stocked refrigerator in the room like major hotels do, but this wasn't a breaking point for me. Overall, the place is clean, comfortable, and the staff very accommodating and efficient.

The Christmas spirit and decorations

I checked in around 11pm and the lady was nice but I felt was not warming or someone I could speak to. They didn’t seem approachable. Around 9:00am staff knocked at our door. I thought it was the cleaning staff and I said no thank you not right now. They said no you’re good just checking. I thought that was odd. I have never had that happened before but I also didn’t have the privacy tag on the door either. Over all great stay . Slept well.

Jesus at the bar makes a delightful dirty gin martini! The food smelled good, but I was tired and had road snacks so didn't order. The breakfast looked good ($10-14) but, again, I had already eaten in my room. The room was spacious and the bed & pillows were SO comfortable. I also liked the noon checkout, even though I left before 11 to visit the Route 66 Museum (about 10 minutes away).

The mini fridge didn't have a freezer space to refreeze my ice packs, but it was plenty cold and my food made it home.

We were in town for a funeral and the hotel location was perfectly between family that were in both Apple Valley and Victorville. The Hilton Staff members were very friendly and helpful. It was a treat to stop at the free coffee bar to make a quick cup to go when leaving in the morning. After a sorrowful day, it was nice to walk next door over to the miniature golf/game place and have a little fun.

There was one elevator in service, so each morning when leaving to attend our scheduled events we had to account for time waiting for the elevator. When we tried calling the service desk or any of the services using the phone in our room, we would receive a recording the phone number was disconnected. All the literature in the room referred you to using the phone's preprogrammed buttons, when you needed to contact hotel staff. We had to go downstairs to speak with the person at the front desk. It would be helpful to have a channel on the TV with hotel information i.e. room service, menu for hotel restaurant, check out options, check out time, etc. without having to download and register on the app.

All good and great breakfast

There was NO record of my reservation thru Booking.com. I had to book my room right in front of the hotel receptionist. Very unprofessional of Booking.com. I would NEVER book thru that site EVER again. D. Hall

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were provided drinks and snacks upon arrival.

The room was a little outdated for a Hilton Garden Inn. The soap provided in the room was horrible. It was hard and did not lather.

At first glance, the property looks luxurious. The location was perfect for my work. I didn’t us the business center but liked that if I needed it it would be available.

Details to finishes (the paneling in elevator peeling) the floors made noise on the third floor as you walked. We thought the floors were going to give out as we walked they made so much noise.

The floor lamp socket is broken. I found the floor lamp socket in two pieces. The bulb was hanging to its side. I did my best to repair the socket. Leaving the floor lamp in two pieces exposes the lamp socket electrical terminals and will cause a person to be electrocuted.

Everything was on point. The pool was clean, smell good. My room was perfect. Smell good. The front desk personnel was always smiling saying hi every time I pass. It was great. I even added two extra days with no issues.

Coming from a very strange Casino-hotel in Las Vegas I so much enjoyed coming to this nice hotel with very kind staff, fine rooms, free newspapers and the possibility for having both dinner and breakfast - Continental or American It´s easy to fiind from Intertate 15 - just down and aroud. I am very happy that I stayed there for two nights.

Only one dessert - I would have liked at least two different desserts on the menu-card :-) But the cheesecake was very good. I liked all the rest.
