Breakfast was great. The front desk was great as well.

Housekeeping didn't do very well. Our floors were not vacuumed during our entire stay, no bag in trash cans for most of our stay. Not enough towels left when there were 4 of us in the room. Restroom dispensers, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were never filled. I should have said something on our second day, but we honestly were only there to sleep, so I figured no biggie, but next time, I will say something, so housekeeping can do better. Good housekeeping reflects how big of a tip I leave at the end of my stay. I still left a tip, just not what I typically like to leave, due to not getting better service.

I loved the spacious room and the nice bathroom.

I feel like breakfast was a let down. The meats didn't like good because they were just sitting in to much liquid. I think you should have yogurt and individual milk for the people who want to drink it. I was really hoping to see biscuits and gravy. I had drop something in our room and it rolled under the dresser, when got on the floor and looked under the dresser to get it there was an empty orange juice bottle and some kind of kids yellow toy i believe. that tells me that they arent cleaning underneath the furniture.

Very clean rooms. Breakfast was OK but you might want to reconsider how guests can access the breads which were left inside their plastic bags. Guests were reaching into the bags with their hands to get a slice which is not very hygienic. We saw some guests return slices of bread back into the plastic bags! Maybe learn what other hotels serving continental breakfast do.

No greeting from the woman at the front desk. A simple Hello would've been nice but when guests need to place to stay to rest, these small gestures are irrelevant. Customer service training for the staff might help make the stay more pleasant.

The breakfast was very nice. It's larger than most free breakfasts and had multiple hot food offerings. It's not far from a number of restaurants. We opted for an UBER ride to and from the hotel to a nearby restaurant because it was stormy and not many streetlights. The sidewalks are nice and wide though. There's Bonefish Grill and Lazy Dog restaurants and a Mexican restaurant nearby plus an assortment of other smaller fast food restaurants.

The room and bed were comfortable and clean. The continental breakfast offered a nice selection of food choices and the attendant kept the buffet filled. The hotel location is convenient, but far enough away from the highway to be fairly quiet.

The young ladies that checked us in were polite and cordial; however, the maintenance man hovered at the front desk all night long. The girls were constantly preoccupied with conversation and other interactions that deemed distracting and inappropriate for a hotel lobby.

The location was great. Close to food, shopping, cinema and reasonable distance from Estes park without the higher price.

The breakfast food was not good. Microwaved sausage sitting in water, runny eggs. The oranges were even pale and sorta green. There was a waffle maker which is always good and there was oatmeal (flavored, no toppings available). Had toast and toppings for that. Needed to use the laundry and the price for one load of detergent is $2 and 2dryer sheets is $2 . Free onsite parking is a plus.

This property was in a beautiful location. Easy to get to and away from anything crazy. The hot tub and pool were extremely nice. Loved the Mountain View from our hotel window. Breakfast included biscuits and gravy and other classic breakfast foods. Beds were comfy and rooms were clean. Felt very safe as a woman the entire time and staff were extremely friendly.

The elevators are particularly slow. Just a little test of patience but nothing to stop you from staying here!

The breakfast room was clean; however, I was disappointed with the breakfast options. They served sausages every day, and I was hoping they would serve bacon at least on one of the days. The coffee was not of good quality; it was too weak. Additionally, the staff managing the breakfast area was not attentive.

The staff was friendly and the facility was clean.

My mother and I stayed here for 3 nights for Wicked West Comic Expo. Room service was nice, staff was very friendly, and the rates were very very good (especially for a pet friendly hotel!) Breakfast was tasty and their waffles are very good. Amenities in the room worked without issue and we (including my cat) enjoyed our stay.

The only thing I would caution is, be aware the building allows noise to pass through it very easily so we could hear people right outside despite being on the 3rd floor. However, it wasn't anything horrible!

Breakfast, same every day except saturday; area was not kept clean on saturday; biscuits ran out and when I asked the attendant for more, she just put her hands up in the air and shrugged. She stated something in 'spanish? I don't know, she apparently did not speak/understand English. I left.
