Location was good and met our needs.

When checking in on the morning of 3/22, we were told at the front desk that the cost of breakfast the following day would be $4.00 per person. When we stopped for breakfast on Sunday, which was set-up temporarily in the 1st floor exercise room, due to renovations taking place in the hotel, we were told that the discounted rate quoted to us was not valid for us. We were told, that, because we booked our room on the booking.com app., we would have to pay the full price, which was $17.00 per person. We decided to move on to another restaurant in the area. The reason we used the booking.com app to book our room, is that no one would answer the phone or call us back when we called the Hilton Auburn, ME Hotel directly. I am a Hilton Hotel Member for many years.

I loved the location of the property. They have a nice little park across the bridge. You can walk over to it. Has a bunch of ole time military apparatus. In back of the hotel. There’s a little trail you can see the back end of the falls. But, it’s a little sketchy. It seems like there are homeless people set up shop there. Unfortunately we did not see the falls. It was dried up. I hear after a big rain or snow melt. It’s a great site! Then the staff. Everyone is just so damn friendly!!! Anna at the front desk was always checking on us. To see if we were okay. If I had any questions. They were quick with an answer for me. We dined in the restaurant our 1st night. Except for a little chill you get when they open the door. The place is comfortable. Our server Jackie. She was just great. We felt like we were having dinner at a friend’s house!! She really made the setting relaxful. The food was pretty darn good as well. I loved the fact the I could park my truck right outside the front of the hotel. The rooms are comfortable and quiet.

We stayed there 2 nights. We have no complaints! We were there for a wedding. It’s a great venue!

Very clean. Comfortable. Pretty quiet except occasional door slam.

Pillows are flat. Bathtub bottom is rounded, not flat. I personally found it hard to shower in. But thats just me. Tv sucked because everytime you turn the channel a woman's voice tells you the channel. So annoying. I'd mute it til I found a channel to watch. Only 2 handicapped parking spots. Refrigerator is in a cabinet. Was extremely hot in the cabinet. Thats probably not a good idea.

Room hotel was comfortable, staff was friendly and really nice. The surrounding area was gorgeous with easy access to a trail and close to Auburn's downtown.

Nothing major to include here, the hotel lacked a little bit on the attention to details. Ice machine on our floor didn't work and they had a sign for a vending machine that wasn't there. Also, in the room it was mentioned they had room service available (at a fee), but ended up no longer being offered. While that was not an issue (and we picked up our food downstairs), it was a bit of a rundown and again, seems like a lack of attention to detail.

Our stay was perfect for our family! Zero complaints! Upon walking into the hotel, it looked clean, high end, and welcoming. The staff were more than friendly and accommodating. Blaine was the best! He deserves a raise for sure, extremely professional, always checking in with us making sure we were all set. We appreciated him very much! and because of him, we actually recommend the hotel to another friend who was coming to Maine to stay and she ended up booking at the hotel as well. The rooms was clean, especially the bathroom! Plenty of towels. Rooms seemed to be sound proof which was even better as we are a loud bunch! We got the breakfast package, and honestly it exceeded my expectations. Absolutely delicious. They even have room service!!!! The pool was perfect for our young children. The weight room had a variety of machines as well. They have beautiful patios as well. Of course the river is alongside, which was a nice bonus for scenery and walking. We felt very comfortable and definitely will always be booking at this hotel every time we have our yearly family get togethers. Thank you so much for accommodating us, our family had a blast.

One comment, we didn't receive any cleaning of our rooms during our stay, We did just stay for three days so I'm not too sure if because of such a short stay they don't come to the room. But we could have used more towels, shampoo/conditioner/soap/toilet paper. I packed backups but it would have been nice to have the dirty towels picked up instead of them piling over our stay or our trash over flowing. But this was such a small hiccup, the hotel was still 5 stars regardless to us:)

Spacious room on the sixth floor overlooking the river, which we paid extra for. The bed was very comfortable. Friendly staff, self parking.

Booked online 4 days in advance. Advertised as pet friendly, but no where to register your pet. When we got to the hotel to check in, they charged us $75 extra for our dog, which is outrageous. our dog is a small MaltiPoo, weighs 14 lbs, didn't bark once or have any accidents. And the elevators are very slow.

Close by Walmart and had a nice pool. Great scenery when outside as well. They were very accommodating. The staff from the start were amazing and so nice!!

Construction on site so a bit noisy. Pictures showed a jacuzzi and they didn't have one. Also the restaurant on site was closed. A bit pricey for things not to be up to par.

We enjoyed our breakfast and dinner. Very generous portions.

Said there was room service but the lady decided to not do it that day. Mold on the bathroom ceiling, room 615. We were in a handicapped room, we didn't need it but I wondered how a handicapped person could get out in an emergency with no elevators from the 6th floor. Just something to think about.

honestly I loved the staff, the women who checked me in she had a very sparkly pink shirt and she was very helpful with my Valentine plans I was setting up for my parter. even was going to call me as she went up to the elevator for a last second warning so I would know to do the last finishing touches. i absolutely loved her energy. 10/10 would go again and hope to have her as the one to check me in again! she made sure I was happy and comfortable during my stay! I wish I knew her name so I could give her the proper recognition!

that the hot tub wasn’t in service. that was actually the reason I booked that hotel specifically because I saw in the photos it had a hot tub. but when I got there it was sectioned off and emptied with caution tape around it. I was so sad. also house keeper woke me up when they came in to clean but realized I was still there and of course was apologetic and had left as quick as they had come in. I almost thought I had dreamt it because I never actually saw them but I knew someone had been in there when I got up to use the bathroom and the top lock was unlatched.

Excellent and clean hotel. I had booked with SureStay and thankfully switched to this hotel. Beautiful view, professional employees, and clean and cozy. The price was more than SureStay but worth the difference. SureStay turned out to be run by low life thieves who falsely advertise. Hilton is true to the word and pictures. No surprise charges and nice park nearby.
