The room exceeded our expectations. We went with this hotel mostly because of price, this was the first time we stayed with Quality Inn. We have a king-sized bed in a non-smoking room. I forgot our pillows at home (which usually results in poor sleep because hotel pillow are often so tall and hard) but their pillows were great as were the bed sheets and towels. The softness of the sheets and towels was notable.

The breakfast was less than we expected, less than what we have been provided in other hotels. However, with Bidenomics, it was understandable. They could have done away with the breakfast and we would still be pleased with the value.

The peaceful atmosphere and the bed really made my stay the most enjoyable. It was quite comfortable, and the lobby was calm. The staff were very polite, friendly, and professional.

The breakfast selection wasn't what I was expecting. If there's a kitchen, I'd suggest a cook, though the staff was very helpful with what was there. It would make the stay more welcoming in the morning to wake up to links and bacon, and possibly some eggs. Other than that, if another washer and dryer were added, it would be a lot more convenient.

Property is clean and well maintained. Internet 🛜 is super fast and reliable which I need for my work. Location is in 15 minutes walking distance from Walmart shopping and Tim Horton cafe.

I got a knock on my room in the middle of a live meeting on Monday. I extended my stay for another 2 days and confirmed with the staff 2 times that I should not be disturbed on Monday because I have an important online meeting and the staff told me no need to worry and you don’t have to change your room.

Overall it was a very good hotel to stay at for the price. The room was clean and orderly. The A/C was nice and cold and adjustable. The free breakfast was satisfactory. The front desk clerks were helpful.

The elevator 3rd floor button wasn't so responsive. You needed to push down hard and keep it down until the light came on to activate the elevator to go to the third floor. The outside entrance floor tiles to the hotel, just before the sliding door before you entered the hotel, need attention. There were a number of empty tiles that left holes in the flooring that need to be fixed. Someone could accidentally trip and fall and get hurt.

Parking slot was available and easy to access. I did not expect a luxurious hotel and I was fine with its moderate condition. The drainage of the room had some problems but the reception changed the room with the first call.

Egg and chesses or other diary product should be added to the breakfast. I paid the same amount for a room in Dubai but the breakfast is not competitive at all. Although that hotel was also not a luxurious one.

The room was clean, the staff was very nice and helpful. I enjoyed the breakfast. This is a hotel I always go to for leisure or if I just need a room for the night.

Only thing is they don't give you enough towels and wash clothes whenever you got more than one person in the room other than that everything went well with my stay.

I got a room that was easy to get to. The room was clean but a bit smaller than expected.

The light above the sink didn't have a switch that I could find. The TV remote wouldn't turn on the TV but it did work the channels and volume. The bed was comfortable but way too high for an accessible room. Anyone transferring from a wheelchair would have difficulty doing so.

Beds were super comfortable. Ms Susan at the front desk was absolutely amazing. Location was nice peaceful outside was clean

Everything was great only thing whoever was above me was very loud up all nite and stomping and arguing. I called the night front desk person. They didn’t want to hear what I said they hung up on me. They were most definitely not Ms Susan she is absolutely amazing.

it was comfortable, not super expensive, but nice quality for the price

the location is not ideal. i went to a hockey game and when I came back, at least 8 cop cars were parked out front. i stayed on the third floor, and when I got off the elevator I was greeted by a large group of younger people all in an argument with police officers. the whole floor smelled of marijuana for the rest of the night, and until I left the next day. there was very early someone at the front desk when I needed something and it took them a while to realize I was waiting for help. when checking out, no one was there and I was not offered any kind of apology or anything due to the events that happened the night before.

The staff members were friendly and helpful. My family and I are going through a rough transition moving to a new home after not signing a lease with my landlord again. The staff did not make me feel sad or bad for my visit they made me really comfortable.

The breakfast could have a variety of fruit. Other than that keep doing great.
