My recent stay at Le Meridien was a great experience. Situated in a prime location with convenient access to various transportation options, this hotel made exploring the city a breeze. Also the rooms were thoughtfully designed to maximize space and functionality, Despite encountering minor inconveniences during our stay, Joe Panarella the Operations Manager, went above and beyond to swiftly resolve any issues we faced. His professionalism and dedication to ensuring our stay was enjoyable were truly commendable. Thanks to Joe's exemplary customer service, we are already looking forward to our next visit to Le Meridien.

Great location - nice property however they need to tweek their check in expérience - Small lobby - crowded and your basically just trying to get your room with in an hour . I have stayed twice now and both times check in was painful -this area is where the hotel needs to improve. Otherwise great property with potential .

We booked a premium room but there was only a little cupboard to store our clothes given the shape of the room. We stayed 8 nights so this as a problem that the hotel kindly fixed by adding a rack in our room. Also I was refused points collection because I did not book directly with the hotel.. but we spent over 3,000$ with the hotel so I would like at least some days to be counted on my Bonvoy card please.

Clean and comfortable room. It was quiet and a very pleasant stay.

Nothing I didn’t like. It was very nice and I would stay again. I was a little shocked by the additional $40 per night fee payable upon check-in. While this could be used for drinks at two available bars, I did feel a bit surprised to have another fee to pay when the price on Bookings had apparently already included taxes and fees.

Mr. Sonam Chosgial, of the concierge desk was very helpful and went out of his way to help with expediting post that was going to arrive late and tips on attractions in the city. Very knowledgeable ad well as helpful. His efforts helped in deciding that we will not look at other hotels when choosing to return to NYC

When the left lift broke, it could take quite long to use the other lift

Very centric. Comfortable bed and good shower. Great pillows! I slept very well there.

We stayed 9 nights there and ordered the almond croissant for 7 breakfasts. Out of the 7, only 2 days it was good, the rest was quite dry. Our room for three days, the house keepers didn't clean it. When I called, you they sent someone to clean after several calls.

Roof top place was a great pleasure. Staff was very friendly and polite. Front desk service was great and all our room service and support was very prompt.

Reception lobby AC was very chilly for our comfort. Could not seat there long :)

Everything was great, location was great, food was great, service was great.

Room was very small, phone didn’t work in the room so when I had to call the desk or for room service I used my cell phone.

Front staff extremely helpful and friendly. Great accommodation with the location being close to everything you need.

Restaurant staff can learn from front staff at reception.

when i booked the room a 40$ tax was added on checkout . i think that's excessive . Upon checking in i received a 40 restaurant credit . That was nice to take care of that excessive tax
