The reason I booked this hotel is the location of the hotel in the budget. It is a little bit far from the Newyork city. And we use the NJ Transit train to commute to the city. The rooms were clean. Breakfast is included. Coffee, muffins, Nutri bars are provided for the breakfast. Staff is friendly and supportive.

In my view, some more items would have been provided for the breakfast.

When I opened the door to my room, it smelled like a fresh sea breeze. I was pleasantly surprised. The room was very clean. Based on reviews I'd read, I was expecting the worst. It was not the case. The desk clerk was polite and informative. I felt welcomed. The location is perfect for dining and shopping.

I felt that although the room was clean, it definitely is in need of some love and attention. The bathroom, especially.

The room setup. A single retired senior could live here comfortably. The location. Close to a nice park and grocery stores. Lots of accommodations within the facility to help.you relax.

The allowance of pets. Unfortunately, a guest on my same floor forgot about the pooper scooper laws in NJ. The bathroom tub was old and cracked.

This is my second stay at the residence and just like my first visit the staff was very helpful and friendly and the room was what I was looking for.. DEFINITELY would come back

Breakfast could use a larger selection

The room and all facilities were excellent. Very clean and accessible.

Grab and go breakfast from 6 to 9:30 am. By 9 almost everything was gone! Some kind of low key shrill alarm was going off all night. Couldn't tell where noise came from.

Room was comfortable and clean for the most part.

The 3rd floor seems to be mostly clients with pets. I had no pets and did not appreciate the smell of dogs during my stay. There was some dark stain around the tub tile.

The room.was clean. All amenities were available.

Once again there was no breakfast food left.by 8,:30 AM. Grab and go breakfast time is 6AM to 9:30 AM. They should just advertise as first come, first serve!

The front office staff especially was super great.

The breakfast options were very limited and ran out pretty fast too.

Staff were friendly and prompt , had no issue late check in and extending my stay

1) Breakfast options could have been better 2) Would have been better if couple of trolleys available to use to carry luggage from front door to rooms

I think improvements can be made on cleanliness and breakfast options.

The hall ways could be cleaner and or smell better.
