The room and location are excellent; however, the beds at this property are not very comfortable.

On Booking.com, the listing indicated that parking was free. However, upon arrival, the front desk staff informed me that parking costs $30 plus tax. This is confusing and misleading. If parking is not actually free, Booking.com should not advertise it as such.

Short walk to the Path station and then 15 min into NYC. The walk to the path is well lit, and always had other commuters even late at night. The hotel room was comfortable and clean, and the restaurant was a great place to unwind and have a drink after a day of sightseeing. With the attached parking garage, its the perfect location to stay for a NYC trip without the hassle of having to drive through and find parking in the city.

The lighting in the room needs to be brighter.

For a small extra fee per night we had a 12th floor room with a superb view over NYC! We 2 PATH stations in a 5 minute walk it is easy to get into the City. Nice to have free coffee in the morning at the restaurant. On site parking with unlimited in/out.

The sofa bed was really uncomfortable. The springs pierced your back, even for the kids. Consider an extra layer on the bed to make it better.

Location is great, parking is decent even though not free but it's convenient. Rooms were comfortable.

Not as family friendly as I would have liked. Only a microwave in the room. Would be nice if they added a few items. I also requested a late checkout through Hilton Honours upgrade, which wasn't honoured by the desk staff. Forced us to move to the airport much earlier than we would have liked. They offered just an extra hour for $10. Also, they need to remove the TV app and stop charging $30 for on-demand movies! $29.99 for Fast X?

We stayed in a riverview room with a great view outside the window! The room was quite spacious, with a partition separating the living room from the bedroom, which I really liked. The hotel is very close to the PATH station, just an 8-minute walk. It's very convenient for getting around.

It would be even better if breakfast was provided. However, there's a shopping mall nearby where you can buy breakfast.

Located near the Hudson River and close to Newport Path station, nice, clean, safe and rather calm hotel. Fantastic view on Manhattan skyline! Isolated windows and whole room itself provides very good comfort. No noise from neighbours at all. Front desk very kind and helpful, they really make you feel being welcome. All people there are very very nice! Small shop located in the lobby area. Room clean service every day, regular towel exchange, double beds good. Supermarket, big mall and all kind of restaurants nearby. Big fitness room on 2nd floor

Tramway right behind the building, however tram bell not disturbing too much. Shower too small for big persons, ventilation not strong enough in the bathroom. Sofa bed for 5th person sags in the middle.

I like the place. It's in a very nice area of Jersey city. It's a short walk to see the water and NYC .

We were told the hotel was overbooked and they ubered us to a diferent hotel and paid for that night. We cme back the next night. It sounds great that we didn't have to pay one night but it's very inconvenient we had to unpack and pack our stuff . iam not sure how it was over booked

Location, location, location. It was right in the heart of Jersey City. Everything was steps away, the mall, food, and transportation to NYC. Booked this stay for an out of town guest and Austin was wonderful with helping me work out the details. Our guest found the staff friendly and the room very comfortable

The room was clean and spacious, and the location was perfect. Would definitely recommend this location for a visit to NYC. The nearby Path train was easy to use and very convenient.

We arrived with 5 guests and only had 2 bath towels the first night. We requested 4 bath towels on the 2nd night, and they didn't arrive until housekeeping came the next morning. Luggage carts were hard to find and did not get returned to the lobby. My husband had to stop and check each floor to locate one (finally found one on the 8th floor) to use for check out.

The room was big and confortable. The hotel was very close to grocery stores and most importantly to the Path station!!! A big mall is just a few minutes away on foot with many options of shopping and restaurants.

The sofa bed leave much to be desired.
