The breakfast was disappointing. Looked like it was in need of restocking. No big plates for the waffels. Hardly any juice to choose. Cereal was almost gone. Barely bread or bagle to choose. No fresh fruit, just fruit cup and only a few there.

The property felt safe and friendly. Our room was clean and in good repair. The breakfast room was bright and pleasant with hot waffles and yogurt besides bagels to toast and juice. I appreciated the inside access to our upstairs rooms.

However, I am gluten free, sugar free, and would have appreciated a protein option such as hard boiled eggs. There was no elevator to the 2nd level.

I've stayed here before and I'll stay again. Though this hotel is older but it is clean, I enjoy doing laps in the pool, and the rooms are spacious with a desk for work. Also a free breakfast and convenient location.

For my needs and budget this is perfect, but it is older and simple.

Rooms were pretty worn down. But they were clean and comfortable. I think your breakfast bar could use some hot foods. Sausage, eggs, etc.

I liked the fact that they take extra time to insure everything is right. Even the little things like right time on clocks. It was clean and smelled nice.

The room was what was needed. The two of us were on a long haul that passed through Grand Forks. It was the right place at the right time with no unwanted surprises.

Because we were leaving early, we missed most of the breakfast. We sort of competed with the staff, taking the food as they were setting it out. That wasn't their fault. We were on a deadline and anxious to be on the way.

Comfortable and quiet.

Didn't stay long enough to dislike anything aside from no cream cheese for the bagels in the breakfast.

It was a really good value. The location. Is the far north saide of town with quick access to the interstate

The housekeeping could be a little better. There was a dirty pair of men's underwear at the foot of the bed.

Loved the options.. waffles and pancakes. Fruit and muffins with milk and juice.. I loved it!!👍🙂

A couple of Towels were slightly dirty, and floors were needed to be cleaned, but understand it is hard to have enough staff to get the work all done. I work at a hotel so I understand..

This is a basic hotel but offers a lot of value. For budget rates, it has a pool and breakfast and the rooms are a good size. The staff was friendly and even agreed to let me have a late checkout to teach my virtual classes.

nothing I needed and I expected less for the price.
