I loved the beautiful spacious bed room and bathroom they were filled up on the king size rooms so we had to get a double queen sized room and I still loved that! The water got good and hot like I needed it to be! I also like how they had access to a indoor pool and gym even though I didn’t get to enjoy it because I was there with my husband for work but I would most definitely recommend and also would love to book again when we do have to travel here again!

The only thing I didn’t like is when I went to book online and we had to come in at 3am we had to leave at 12 noon that same day and I kind of felt cheated because we actually needed it until the next day and we were trying to tell the receptionist that and he wasn’t really of help that much with that and also I paid a good 179 online and the receptionist made me pay another 59$ without telling me what it was for but when I looked at the site it said they had to do a deposit or hold on the card just in case there was damage to the room but it would’ve been nice if he would’ve told me himself..but every thing else about our experience was lovely !

On Sunday, there didn't seem to be much of a selection for breakfast. Monday was much better. The view was of a parking lot, but the location was convenient. In that location, you couldn't really expect a different view.

There was nothing I didn't like enough to complain. The pool was very small. I think the whole complex is showing some age. It was a little challenging to use the TV. The capacity of the elevator suggested 1 or 2 people, even though the weight limit was like 2500 lbs.

The breakfast was really good. The staff was amazing. Your front desk gal Gabby was very resourceful and went above and beyond to answer our questions about the area, safety, and Highpoint. We were there for a college tour for our son. She was absolutly delightful and I wish we had more Gabbies in our hospitality industry across the board.

The bed was a little firm for my liking, however that's personal preference.

Although breakfast was good, great options, food stocked...the pre-made sausage biscuit was not good. Everyone in our family took one bite then threw it away. Maybe consider a different product or option...everything else was great!

Breakfast was good and the facility was nice and clean. Very comfy.

King Suite was pretty tight in space. Had to scoot sideways around the sides of the bed. When we pulled the sofa sleeper out for our grandson, the extra space all disappeared. Nice room but smallest one I've stayed in for a while

I appreciated the fresh fruit and yogurt with a variety of toppings breakfast option. The upscale bathroom was amazing. Beautiful shower. Good lighting.

Pre-packaged “hot” egg option. Other hotels I’ve stayed in offer fresh-cooked eggs. Likewise, the “french toast” strips shouldn’t have been offered. My husband said this: “I wish the owner of Fairfield Inns would have to eat this! It’s truly awful.”

I liked the availability of space to sit and relax inside nor outside on property ground. I also like the security to get inside the property pool, exercise room, etc. But most of all I appreciate the quietness and politeness of the patrons.

I was so very pleased with everything but I think the property can use a hot tub in addition to the pool. Also it would be great if transportation Van's were available to and from PTI airport which is very close to the hotel. Other thsnnyhat the hotel does a great job.

The breakfast offered a variety of foods. My husband has celiac disease and there were many options for him.

It was okay. Staff stood and watched us eat breakfast and studied our ever moved. The variety I liked.

The availability of blankets for chilly temperatures. Also. better support pillows. The pillows were extremely flimsy. They left me with a terrible cramp. in my neck.

Breakfast was good (could have used some bacon, it makes everything better), the cleanliness of our room and the pool. The central location and plenty of parking. The ease of check-in and check out. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will be staying there in the future.
