Good location

Actually I liked it

The hotel itself is very large, and the rooms were very spacious. This hotel is dog friendly and has many spots outside for dogs. The best part was how clean our room was. The breakfast buffet was very nice, and the staff was very friendly. We arrived late and not many restaurants were open but it was right next to a Kroger and a Meijer's. The room had so much storage as well as a mini fridge and microwave and coffee pot. The bathroom was clean and had lots of counter space.

Don't really have any true complaints - there were a lot of kids using the pool and so there was a lot of water in that lobby area and in the elevators, but not that big of a deal. Also one other thing would be that there was no fan in the bathroom in the room so the shower steamed up the mirror, and it was like a sliding barn door to the bathroom to save space in the room - my dog learned how to open it so that was a fun time 😂😆

Breakfast was just ok - not a big selection. Oatmeal was congealed. Very little fruit. Hard to find milk etc. Coffee/tea out in lobby. Needs to be designed better for ease and flow.

See comments above. Plus we really needed a nightlight in the bathroom, rather than having to leave all the lights on onernight. Wanted to make tea and coffee in morning and there was no milk except powder!! Ugh! Very skimpy supplies.

Everything we ate was really good and variety was perfect as well. Something for everyone. Other guests seemed pleased as well. Definitely will be taking advantage of this perk on the next stay!

Didn’t affect me but, they ran out of a few things that were not able to be replaced, pretty early in the morning. Breakfast was still to be served for 2 more hours. Not sure how a place could ever plan for that though so again not a big deal.

The breakfast set up was great. Different selections, fresh and set up early for those who had early travel. Really loved the small coffee makers in room so you can have your coffee early.

I think the carpet could have been cleaned. Although the room in general was very clean and well stocked. There was a smell I believe could have been from carpet.

Knowing I had a pet the front desk gave me a first floor room close to an exit; perfect location right off the Ohio Turnpike and plenty of close restaurants for dinner; very nice hot breakfast; the “welcome Joe” message on the TV was pretty cool; free WiFi; multiple firm/soft pillow

I have no real negatives, the hotel met my travel needs with my pet puppy quite well

Good assortment/choices. Wish toaster were a bit faster in toasting

One time I got the room I needed on the first floor but the previous time I was on the second floor even though I had requested the first floor when I made my reservation a month a head. Inconsistent help with my needs. The desk clerk that time did not seem to know what he w@s doing, could not give me a receipt.

In the middle of everything but still quiet. Nice sized room with enough space for 4 people to not want to choke each other. Good parking. Accommodating staff. Good breakfast.

Outdoor pool closed, indoor pool could have been cleaner. Furniture and bedding very uncomfortable.

When i stay in most hotels i feel a certain level of gross even being there, at this hotel i honestly didn’t. Everything was clean and fresh.

I dislike the doors that they used for the bathrooms, they’re barn doors that don’t lock, and there is zero fan in the bathroom. Makes for an awkward experience sometimes.

See below most of it was great. I loved how spacious the room was room was.

Not enough towels when we arrived or tissues & we were only family of 3, but the towels were provided later upon requesting it. We had our own tissues. The bathroom shower door would not shut or seal properly so the water was leaking out onto the floor, which is quite a risk/hazard. Also at breakfast, sausages were undercooked.
