Rooms are spacious, windows opened so I could enjoy fresh air, views of forest very relaxing. The all day food/drink amenities in the lobby are so welcome coming off the road. The lobby is very spacious and relaxing, clean. The breakfast offerings are generous, well stocked, plenty of tables. Ok kone of the best of the Best Westerns. The staff is very friendly and cordial. The recommendation of the pub next door was spot on - hearty and well prepared.

The towels are tired and need to be replaced. Bathrooms are tight.

Quiet & clean. Very helpful front desk staff. I was very grateful they were able to store my bags for several hours before I left. I would happily stay there again.

Just a small suggestion to let guests know about the issue of bathroom door accidentally locking by the door snib pressing on the wall. Having a paperclip in the room to unlock it & letting guests know about this small design flaw would be helpful. But apart from that the place was great.

Breakfast was good overall. Eggs were poor. Tasted fake. The Fitness Center was well equipped. The location is very convenient for sight seeing. The restaurant next door is awesome with great beer and food.

Luggage carts were consistently in the way of the entrance/exit. The desk attendants never mentioned the option of parking in the covered garage.

The Mt. Hood Inn is a very comfortable, welcoming place to rest after a climbing day on Mt. Hood. The room was spacious and comfortable, linens clean and crisp, and the location is walking distance from Charlie's Mountain View for dinner and drinks. I thought the employees were very nice and the snack bar / breakfast were appreciated as well.

Watch out for the hot tub -- it bleached my nice bathing suit and while I received a gracious apology, I am still quite upset about it.

The reception, cleaning crew and staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and beds comfortable. The plentiful breakfast with coffee (available 24/7) was welcome. The location is within walking distance of all locations in Government Camp. The undercover parking was free. Blackout blinds shut out the security lighting outside. There was no evidence of any of the previous poor reviews during the time we stayed there. Highly recommended.

It was a fine breakfast with lots of variety and plenty of food. We most enjoyed having snacks available when we checked in as well. It held us over until dinner across the way. The hot tub was lovely! And the people at front desk were very friendly and helpful.

Pillows are not comfortable. The toilet seat was really low to the ground as if for children. The bathroom was really small & tight.

The hotel boasts a fantastic location and reliable, high-speed internet. The included breakfast is a convenient perk, saving time and eliminating the need to search for dining options elsewhere.

For some reasons, the heater was very loud during the first night. Then, everything went back to normal.

as others have said breakfast was good alternated between scrambled eggs and mini cheese omelets every other day. beds were firmer than home and I slept better hubby not so much. edge of Government Camp 15 minutes to Timberline Lodge.

no house keeping even after requested. I watch night shift put in the request for trash dump, and towels, came back to no service. Nightshift was kind enough to get us what was needed and came up to take away trash and towels and give some extra tp.

Location is great, staff was nice

We had a room with a door that attached to the adjacent room. There is a large space between the bottom of the door and the floor. Could hear everything in the next room. Door covers weren’t available so staff gave me a large blanket to shove under there.
