We were checked in by the most pleasant gentleman and when we asked for a special request, he helped us without hesitation. We also asked for a place to get a good dinner. His recommendation was fantastic! The entire hotel was welcoming and very clean. We loved the green paint color throughout the building, it was very calming. Our stay was super quiet, which is very important to us. The location was easy to find and in the perfect spot for us to get to the places we planned to visit that weekend. Breakfast choices were amazing and plentiful as we love a hot breakfast before heading out for a busy day. We will be staying there again.

Location convenient to our events. Breakfast on par with like rated hotels, staff maintaining breakfast area was friendly and efficient. Room was decent size, we stayed during a very cold snap and heat was adequate. Enough towels, and other necessary items provided for our three night stay

Arrived around 10 at night and front desk clerk absent. Even though I called the number on the placard, she was in no hurry to return. Not informative or friendly.

Courteous staff, the hotel had a neat and clean appearance, waffles and juice were fresh.

Loud traffic noise from highway made it difficult to sleep, loose knobs on ac didn't allow temperature adjustment, so the room was too hot all night, tv didn't work,, and carpet smelled musty.

Shannon at the front desk was exceptionally welcoming also very attentive and polite as well as accommodating myself and my husband smooth check in. The other staff also very friendly May myself and my husband feel welcoming.

The refrigerator was not working in my room. Everything in the room needs to be checked before any check in to advoid any inconvenience for the guests.

The hotel overall and room itself were spotless, and the staff was very welcoming and friendly. The gentleman at the front desk when I checked out was especially kind. It was also very quiet and the bed was comfortable.

Honestly, nothing! I wish every hotel was like this.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. The lady who served the breakfast in the morning Maya was extremely helpful in accommodating our dietary restrictions. Kudos to her. And all staff is very nice as well

The digital display on the AC unit was broken so it was difficult to adjust the temperature in the room.

It was very clean. It was quiet. The front desk was very friendly. The breakfast was the standard. I was pleasantly surprised by the fountain drinks. The orange juice and cranberry juice were not watered down. I would definitely stay here again.

The property was extremely clean plenty of towels and all good sizes which is often a problem beds were comfortable, extremely soft bedding and comfortable beds Shower was hot and the shower head which often is missed by hotels was spot less .

Wonderfully large room with a very comfy bed. Free breakfast was good. Shannon was on staff and was extremely friendly. Gave us an idea about restaurants around the area...we got some take out but didn't have any utensils or plates. She gave us some from the breakfast area. Very nice and would come here again!
