We were checked in by the most pleasant gentleman and when we asked for a special request, he helped us without hesitation. We also asked for a place to get a good dinner. His recommendation was fantastic! The entire hotel was welcoming and very clean. We loved the green paint color throughout the building, it was very calming. Our stay was super quiet, which is very important to us. The location was easy to find and in the perfect spot for us to get to the places we planned to visit that weekend. Breakfast choices were amazing and plentiful as we love a hot breakfast before heading out for a busy day. We will be staying there again.

Everything was amazing!

Location convenient to our events. Breakfast on par with like rated hotels, staff maintaining breakfast area was friendly and efficient. Room was decent size, we stayed during a very cold snap and heat was adequate. Enough towels, and other necessary items provided for our three night stay

Arrived around 10 at night and front desk clerk absent. Even though I called the number on the placard, she was in no hurry to return. Not informative or friendly.

Courteous staff, the hotel had a neat and clean appearance, waffles and juice were fresh.

Loud traffic noise from highway made it difficult to sleep, loose knobs on ac didn't allow temperature adjustment, so the room was too hot all night, tv didn't work,, and carpet smelled musty.

Shannon at the front desk was exceptionally welcoming also very attentive and polite as well as accommodating myself and my husband smooth check in. The other staff also very friendly May myself and my husband feel welcoming.

The refrigerator was not working in my room. Everything in the room needs to be checked before any check in to advoid any inconvenience for the guests.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. The lady who served the breakfast in the morning Maya was extremely helpful in accommodating our dietary restrictions. Kudos to her. And all staff is very nice as well

The digital display on the AC unit was broken so it was difficult to adjust the temperature in the room.

Easy to make reservation online & check in took just minutes. Thoughtful desk clerk honored our request for a room close to elevator and put us on first floor close to lobby. Great room w fridge & microwave. Super greensward behind building. Clean outside & in. Best breakfast in 2000 mi of driving! Great beds, linens & shower. Pet friendly. Easy access to highway, easy parking, quiet and altogether a pleasure to stay there.

Wonderfully large room with a very comfy bed. Free breakfast was good. Shannon was on staff and was extremely friendly. Gave us an idea about restaurants around the area...we got some take out but didn't have any utensils or plates. She gave us some from the breakfast area. Very nice and would come here again!

Nothing!

The breakfast was delicious. The room was clean and comfortable when we arrived. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The iron and ironing board were very helpful. The shower was hot and relaxing.

I have nothing to complain about- I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times and it’s always great.

Easy to get to Staff was very friendly and the ladies at the front desk always had a smile on their faces that was very welcoming Breakfast was good. Eggs sausage waffles cereal pastries fruit yogurt breads

Everything was good except for the kids in the room above us jumping around until 10pm

After I booked my room and arrived I found out there was a $26 fee for my dog which was over 25 percent of the room cost. That fee should be very clear up front and finding out like that when I checked in really put a damper on my stay Breakfast was only ok
