I liked the service, and the check-in was pretty smooth and fast. The guy at the front desk named Saad was very friendly and polite and I really liked his costumer service.

They served a free breakfast and I liked the rooms. whole hotel was modern and nice. Housekeeping staff was really professional and they cleaned our room quickly and perfectly.

The breakfast was nice and staff was really helpful.

Hotel was clean when I entered the lobby. Also I smells really good.

It was a nice location near dining and a gas station. I also enjoyed the pool area which was clean and orderly. The beds were comfortable, and the breakfast is a basic waffles, yogurts, cereals and fruit; enough to get your day going. The front desk was helpful with our stay during a conference.

I did not like that my hotel bathroom floor was filthy with crumbs and hair, obviously not swept. I also did not care for the breakfast; it is a smaller dining area, and it can become cramped with guests during peak times.

They had breakfast. The room we stayed in was nice. The air conditioner work. It stayed cool all night in the room. No carpet inside the room. I didn't see any bugs. The room do no smell. We will stay again next time in Arlington, TX. The pics are after we stay the first night (the next morning).

The beds were comfortable. But one of the beds made noise every time you moved. That was the only problem we had with the property.

This hotel offers an excellent combination of convenience and comfort. Its central location makes it particularly appealing, as it is within close proximity to major attractions. The calm atmosphere and accessibility make this hotel a suitable choice for a short stay in the city.

The TV was not working, though on telling front desk, they fixed it.

I have stayed at much more expensive hotels lately that have definitely been less considerate of my comfort and well-being than the people at this Sleep Inn were. The free shuttle that runs to the baseball park (the reason for my visit) was a wonderful reason to stay there, but the exceptional value of the stay for the price paid even independent of the shuttle was wonderful, and very appreciated. Unusually good value for a hotel, particularly by today's standards.

More channels on the TV? That's about all I can complain about.

They were not rude and also when we asked for more coffee creamer they weren't stingy about it. For the price, this place was very well kept and very comfy. Their microwave in our room worked, and the mini fridge too. Unlike the last place we stayed at in San Antonio for a LOT of money. This place was nice!

The breakfast options are very limited, but atleast they serve breakfast. The floors creek so it might be an older building. It's not too bad though.

Location, Location, Location. Beds were firm, bedding comfortable. Decent sized shower. Room had fridge and microwave.

Breakfast could have had more choices like bagel or toast instead of just waffles and maybe another fruit choice other than apples.
