A single traveller, i like my space, so opted for a one bedroom king suite and it had everything i needed. The suite was a fantastic size and well equipped. Breakfast was included with a decent selection to choose from. The pool area had loungers and plenty of seating and there is also a small basketball court. The free parking is wonderful as i hate being hit with hidden parking charges on stays! Theres also a small gym should you be inclined to work out. Location wise, in Bedford, theres plenty on places to eat close by, downtown Dallas is about 30 mins away and Sic Flags, under 15 mins. Id happily come back here!

No biscuits in the breakfast selection!

The rooms were amazing. The bed was comfortable & we had plenty of space for our travels. Kitchenette was a good size & there was an ice maker in the freezer. The decor was pleasing to the eyes. The reception desk was very friendly during check in & anticipated our needs for our baby. Breakfast was great! They had breakfast burrito options and make your own waffles along with a few other things. I would go back to Homewood Suites, great value for what we got.

In the morning when we went to check out, there was a blocked off section of the hall to get to the front desk so we had to go around the facility. Items had been left from guests the previous day in the pool area and the pool itself needed a little cleaning. Would have liked more towels.

The breakfast was superb. I loved that you could walk to Pappadeaux’s, Chili’s & Chick Fil A. Even though our room was by the elevator, you couldn’t hear people entering it all day and night.

The $50 incidental fee. It’s not listed in the hotel info and I wasn’t notified while booking or before arrival. Definitely caught me off guard and I had to use some of my money I was using to have a good time. I’m also a Hilton Rewards member and checked in and ahead and chose my own room. However, upon arriving, they gave my room to someone else and I had to choose a room on the first floor. Lastly, the fireplaces don’t work. They’re only there for “aesthetic purposes”

I think the breakfast has well done. The scrambled eggs were good and the sausages and potatoes, the latter two different variations each day, were quite good. It wasn't spectacular, but I wasn't expecting, say, an omelet chef! The facilities were well maintained and I appreciated the fact that the washing machines and dryers used an app to pay rather than coins.

There was a fire alarm at 6 am. This kind of incident can certainly happen in the best of facilities. I was very disappointed that the desk clerk didn't seem to do anything other than call the manager before saying everything was okay. Fortunately, the fire department arrived within minutes and did a good inspection before saying it was a false alarm.

Great location, very clean, friendly staff, free breakfast filled the tummies. Loved the fact we could access the hotel thru the app!

My only two complaints and they are minor. I checked in early and followed the steps to have the keyless entry thru the app. We did not arrive until super late so I was excited. Well for whatever reason, it never activated. Not the end of the world. Went to check in at the desk and the girl couldn’t tell us which building to park at and walk into. She said she thought it was by the basketball court. Luckily we located the hidden court and were able to find our room. Again neither one deal breakers, just more annoying.

The breakfast was awesome, and everyone there was super nice. Everything was clean, and the beds were so soft. The shower wasn't confusing, which is a huge plus for me. Privacy was respect throughout the trip, and I felt safe the whole way.

The door on the bathroom locked from the outside, which I thought was a little weird. Plus, there was the lights where I needed to turn the power on for the outlet before usage. The tvs didn't really have instructions either. It was mostly static.

It was clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable and also clean. Nice view with convenient parking. Easy check in and also easy check out. Great value with excellent service and staff.

My only complaint is that I booked for a family of 4. Was specific when booking as to be sure to have enough beds, space, and towels. However there were only 2 bath towels and 2 wash cloths for bathing with one hand towel for the kitchenette area. That was a problem because I wasn’t able to get enough sent to the room. Very unsatisfactory service on that one.

The hotel was very clean and had many nice amenities. The suite was spacious and decorated nicely. The bed was very comfortable with comfortable covers. The ceiling fan in the bedroom was a great feature. The full breakfast had many options, and the foods were continually refilled.

The TV remotes did not match the TV’s and did not work at all. The front desk woman brought two more that at least turned them on and changed channels and volume, but they still did not work properly. There were no instructions on how to get to the TV Guide. We found it by chance. The kitchen had very few utensils, only one pan (a medium saucepan) and two pan lids. The thermostat was not correct. We had to turn it down to 65 to get it to feel about 75.

the location was perfect. the manager Ashley was AMAZING. someone please give this woman a raise. the breakfast had so many options and stayed stocked. it was delicious. the pool was small but perfect for us.

i didn’t like having to walk down and around a winding hallway to get to the elevator. also we went to leave to catch a flight at 3:00 am and no one was at the desk. no bell. so we went out the door to put our luggage in car and of course when we came back a lady worker was there and chewed us out for opening the door. but we had no other choice we would miss our flight. and she wasn’t at her desk.

The beds were comfortable. The room was clean. The breakfast was better than I expected—the oatmeal was good, especially with the extra toppings. Coffee wasn’t bad either.

The phones were down and aren’t expected to be backed up for at least another 10 days. I called several times after my flight landed to see if I could possibly check-in early. Corporate didn’t even know why the phones were down. When I arrived and asked if it was possible to check-in early, the lady at the front desk told me that check-in is at 3pm—obviously, which is why I asked if I could check-in *early*. I told her I had been trying to call all morning, and she told me the phones are down and won’t be back up until mid-May. Someone else finally told her that a room was available, so she checked us in…while having a conversation on her cell phone the entire time.
