everything - I love IHG Holiday Inn hotels. This one is no different - clean, great free simple breakfast, plenty of free parking, great customer service. Easy access to A&M main campus and all the stores and shops in between. The Cinemark is less than half a mile away and on a 107 degree day, went to see Oppenheimer to stay cool between noon and 3pm.

Actually was satisfied with everything. Due to being in TX it could probably use a little more shade in spots but it's clear this hotel is fairly new as it's in a construction area with other hotels presently being built around it.

I wish all hotels were like this one. Very modern. Plugs and usb ports everywhere. Nice wide built-in shelf that easily holds 2 bags so you can easily get to your stuff without having to be on the ground. This hotel is like someone finally spent some time thinking about what people really need in a hotel stay.

The tv didn’t have a channel guide and was really slow at changing channels. The toilet also didn’t always flush with the first try. I kept trying to figure out what I was doing wrong with pushing the lever but couldn’t.

Breakfast was good...a lot of options, surprisingly. Beds were comfy, hot water wasn't an issue, TV station options were plentiful, parking was convenient, staff was pleasant, and we recommend it for your trip to or through Bryan, Texas.

Not much for kids to do but we were just passing through so it was great for the night!

The breakfast was pretty good and it was very clean. I loved the LED light around the mirror, it made it much easier to do my makeup. Overall, I was very pleased with the facilities. Would 100% recommend!

Nothing I can really think of, I guess it would've been nice if there was netflix or streaming services on the TV but that's not really a necessity, it just would've been nice.

Staff on the front desk doesn’t know how to find my name for the booking despite confirmation of the booking and just keep saying different name and unable to find my name. I would suggest to the manager to train the staff so it will not be inconvenience for the customer who traveled a long way just to tell you that you have no booking.

Close to Texas A&M & restaurants and easily accessible. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean and bed was comfortable. I didn't eat the breakfast but everything looked great, well stocked and clean area.

The beds were comfortable, the room temp and darkness also gave to a good nights rest. The breakfast that was offered was great and the dining area was clean. Overall I would stay here again.

Facility was very clean. Breakfast was hot, fresh, and delicious. Good location, didn't feel congested. Staff was friendly.

Rooms could be bigger, but they were very clean and well lit.

The price we had to pay was extremely inflated bc we were there for the George strait concert. I could stay at a Riverwalk hotel or Hotel 1928 for cheaper than what we paid

The best part of my stay was the breakfast. Although not used to eating so much in am but the sight of the set up was unresistable.

The receptionist could be more receptive & make eye contact & offer some assistance even when guests are wheeling in their luggages.
