Dog treats. Clean. Lots of options for breakfast. Front desk extended our checkout by an hour and were helpful in suggesting car mechanics available on Labor Day.

Patio doors do not lock and swung open during the night during a rainstorm. Business office computers did not have Internet. Not usable. Parking is not complimentary ($15). And the parking garage and lot both flooded during heavy morning rainstorm. Parking SHOULD BE COMPLIMENTARY. This is not a luxury hotel like the San Luis Hotel down the street. that also charges for parking ($36 per nite). Or increase a small rate for parking lot maintenance onto the hotel rate. I don't like to be "nickel and dimed."

The hotel is in excellent condition. It offers parking for $15 per night. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are spacious and have a contemporary style. Rooms with a balcony have a partial view of the sea. Breakfast is served from 6 to 10 am and, while simple, is quite complete and of good quality. Pets are allowed for an additional fee. We were assigned a room on the 5th floor with a balcony. The view is quite good. It is not directly in front of the beach, but it is less than a block away.

Everything was great, except the gym was out of service, and the shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom were empty. Since we were only staying one night and had our own, we didn't report it.

The covered parking was very nice.

There is a no choice extra fee for parking. No choice to park free.

The room was great, I enjoyed the stay, the room was clean, and it was my first time here. I would like to start staying here instead of where I normally stay (Galveston Beach Hotel). I think I overlook this one because its pricier.

I don't have any complaints. We enjoyed our stay. Maybe next time we will stay longer and have a better review to give. For the 1 night stay we have ZERO complaints. Thank you.

We always enjoy the breakfast and having coffee & tea available to us anytime we like. The friendly staff are always helpful and had excellent suggestions of nearby restaurants.

The toilet in our bathroom was loose and needed attention. Also toilet seat needed to be changed. It was a bit worn.

I loved my balcony. The shower was wonderful and spacious, even though it takes a little for hot water to come, but once it does, it is very nice. The bed was very comfortable for me.

The ac lagged a little. It never got to the requested temp, but it wasn't hot either. I'm not sure what that was about. Breakfast was a little letdown.

The bed was amazing, the bathroom was great with my walker and all. The staff was gorgeous, with there smile everywhere, welll almost every where..lol Breakfast was simpley enjoyable, variety in every direction. Make your own waffle to cereal, yogurt 😋 fruit, eggs, bacon, bangle with cream cheese and a little jelly....Yummy. see y'all in the funny papers...

No bar, no pool, no restaurant, NO ISSUES . More staff at front desk. No ramp to walk down to get to the beach.

Conveniently, it had a microwave, walking distance to a Walmart, and enough parking.

The beds were sort of uncomfortable, ants invaded our room and we didn't know where they were coming from. Power went out for an hour.

The young lady that was their when we first checked in was very very sweet and treated us kind. The room was very clean .

The bathroom a little out dated and my balcony door were kind of hard to open. The room smell a little old although it was very clean.

Second stay here. Quick check in. Breakfast excellent. Balcony lovely. Comfy beds. Clean. View of beach. Close to Cruise terminal.

Would love if they offered a shuttle to cruise terminal with parking available with an overnight stay.
