I loved the size of the room. I stayed in a king suite. Very clean and comfortable. Felt like home away from home. The lady at the front desk with longer hair was great! My kid was feeling ill on day of checkout so I carried him to the front to get a cart to go back and gather our luggage but they were all out. She went out of her way to keep an eye on my little one so I could run back up and bring our luggage down. Above and beyond service!!

I didn't like that there was no cable channels and the TV remote didn't work at all. I had to get up to turn it up or down and change the channel (however I never did call the front desk to let them know so it could be an easy fix) I didn't really like being on the 3rd floor since I requested a ground floor room since I have a toddler boy who likes to run, walk heavy and jump. I requested ground floor so he didn't disturb anyone below us but after confirming they could get me ground i was disappointed when I arrived to find out they couldn't.

The facility is nice and clean. Room was larger than normal, very comfortable. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Room had a microwave, fridge and coffee maker. Breakfast was good, several options available. Indoor pool and hot tub are nice. All of the staff were very nice, and helpful. We enjoy the location of this facility. It's easy to get in and out, and close to lots of eating options.

I can't think of anything that was disappointing. We had a great stay, have stayed at this facility several times now, and will stay here again.

Facility, and room was clean and comfortable. Location is close to lots of restaurants. Rooms are a nice size, with comfortable bed and pillows. Good water pressure, and lots of hot water. Daily room service, and the breakfast is pretty good.

The only negative I can mention is that the hot tub did not get hot. It was a tepid tub at best.

We were there for First Monday in Canton so the location is great. The breakfast looked good but was too crowded so all we could get to was packaged muffins. Overall the room was good...comfy bed.

Someone in our group had to sleep on the sofa bed and said it was awful...could feel every bar. Also the desk & coffee table had not been cleaned because there was sticky residue from a cup all over.

The clerk helped me correct the dates, I had booked the room for the wrong Day, and the clerk was very helpful and nice, in helping me to correct it.

All of my stay, was great. The staff was very nice and positive. I have nothing bad to say, hope to book the same room next for my 1year Anniversary.

our room was very large, beds were clean, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

there were a lot of water stains on the curtains and carpets. some of our group had cockroaches in their sink. some of the doors were in poor condition.

The breakfast needed improvement. It was fair. I’ve stayed at similar priced hotels, which had a much better breakfast.

You can tell that it is time to re-invest money back into the hotel. A number of things need upgrading.

The lady that checked us in was really nice!! Excellent customer service!!

The room was clean but the toilet needed to be cleaned. I bring my own cleaning supplies so I took care of it. That was the only issue I had.

Everybody was nice and the place was clean and the beds was comfortable. The hot tub was wonderful after we walked all day. The breakfast was good too I would stay here again.

Didn't like the fact that I had a room with a pull-out sofa, but there wasn't any bedding for it and there wasn't enough big towels. Other than that it was prefect. Hopefully we will be able to stay there again when we get back that way
