The staff was very nice and attentive,Also very quite at night except for the occasional car passing by on the high way....our room was very nice and spacious...they provide plates, the plates are not microwaveable,i was unaware of this and ended up damaging one of them,i made sure to inform the staff of my mistake.bowels,cups and cooking wear in the kitchenette... I did notice that the floor dirty after we checked in but when I told the staff they were very nice and accommodating,they cleaned it the following morning when my family and I went out to brunch.

The location,right by the lake so the Nats and flies were a huge nuisance

The staff was great. Recognized me by my room number, helped my fiancé and I, answered every one of our unnecessary questions with a smile and helped to make us feel at-home. They went above and beyond. Even wrote a note for my fiancé and laid it on the bed so that she could see it upon entering the room. I wish I had gotten the lady and the young man in the hall cap and glasses’ names to acknowledge them but they’re just outstanding. Highly recommend this place. Made my girls Christmas present to see the lights festival ten times better.

The A/C worked well and kept the room cozy but I wish it would have gotten just a little bit colder in the room. Not to say we were uncomfortable by any means. The A/C just cut off at random times after it reached it’s temperature. Then again, at 66 degrees, I could have froze the unit. I could be to blame…

The staff were very nice and helpful. As. Well as Friendly. Room was very clean. A small 2 chair table to eat meals would be a nice touch. One complaint is the bed. The bed was very hard which caused my back, neck and shoulder to hurt and to not be able to rest. Sadly this seems this a trend in motels and hotels.

Just a softer bed mattress.

Being a new facility, everything was nice and in working order. The AC was set at a perfect 66, the check-in was rather painless, and the fridge was actually a fridge instead of a drink cooler.

The room was not very resistant to sound outside the room. You could hear literally anything that happened outside. Though they seem to be enforced in nature only (which is fine by me), there is a lengthy list of rules you’re presented with at check in that have the potential to ruin your stay if someone decided to enforce the letter of the rules instead. I would suggest to the staff that the investigate the possibility of ceiling fans in the rooms as air doesn’t seem to circulate very well

Not applicable. Self catering, facilities were good, everything you need, all clean and in good repair.

Beds were made up wrong. Top sheet was Under the fitted sheet! Took a bit to figure this out! But all sheets were clean and present, just an inexperienced housekeeper! Directly on main road so traffic noise does come thru but not bad unless there are sirens!

I liked the support I received from the front-of-house staff in the weeks before my visit. The room was clean and modern with some facilities for preparing meals/snacks. Spacious room and bathroom.

I loved how clean it was and the staff was SO friendly, and checked us in quickly. We had lost power which left us frantically searching for a room as they were all booked because no one in the area had power. She quickly got me in and taken care of.

They literally thought of everything you'd need if you're planning to stay a few days or longer. Everything is clean, the staff is great. Very welcoming people and vibes the entire stay.

The only thing missing is the complimentary breakfast that most motels have. Although they make up for it with the fully loaded kitchenette.

The room was clean. Everything worked. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The dimmer switch for all the lights is nice. The new security door lock is top of the line as well. Thank you🌷
