I want say a big shout out to all the members of Staff who has been professional, kind and very friendly to me during my stay. Your generosity is highly appreciated. 100% A+ We need more hardworking and dedicated workers who knows to how to communicate and take care of a guest in these challenging times. The location was great for what we were there for. Breakfast was okay but ran out of stuff fast. Wish there was a different hot item instead of just waffles.

No elevator. For someone with leg issues no elevator was a hurdle we needed to handle our selves. Heads up if you need accommodations make sure to state so during booking.

Area was ok with lots of shopping nearby. The building is clean, so was the room. My only complaint is the bed was hard, not a comfy sleep. And only 2 thin pillows, but I brought my own.

Staff is always friendly and helpful, the daytime clerk goes above and beyond to makes our stay comfortable. I believe her name is Berlinda

The first room that they tried to give me had strong cigarette smell. They gave me another that was better.
