The breakfast was good and sufficient. You really need to add Hazelnut coffee flavored creamers, and Irish Crème flavored as well.

I did not like the way Bookings .com handled our payment of the room. I paid for the room prior to leaving home had a receipt monies had been accepted but when I got there had to flash my card again and be told no funds available. This was unacceptable.

Always get what I expect. Very clean. The breakfast is excellent and the lady working it is wonderful. Sorry I don't remember her name. Does a great job with a smile!

There was the smell of bleach throughout the hotel. I love bleach, but needs toned down some.

Moundsville was a fun little place to explore. There are ghost tours of the prison and the mound was interesting, it was my first one to visit after reading about them. Our hotel was clean, friendly, quiet and comfy! What more could you want for the price. I don't need a concierge or turn down service for a road trip, lol! Great stay

We got a room that was remodeled that we had stayed in before. Our last stay was in a room that wasn’t as nice on the 3rd floor. We were very happy to be in the same rooms and floor that we normally get in this visit. This is where we stay every time (atleast 5 times a year) to see family.

Staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, well stocked buffet. Room was clean with adequate towels, etc. shower worked well, plenty of hot water, etc.

Location was fine once there but a little difficult to get to.

Food was good. Wide selection I enjoy the fresh fruit, and lemon water.

Lady at the front desk was not very friendly. Didn't care for people placing their trash in the hallway, like really they don't have a trash shoot at the end of the hall.

The room was clean and comfortable.

The door would not shut without force, the key card was deactivated when we returned from dinner the first night, the clerk took a phone call while we were checking in. She apologized.

I had an emergency the day I booked the 2 rooms. I called to ask if I could move the booking to the next day and to my surprise (bc of it being a holiday weekend) they said sure we can do that for you. Also the breakfast was GREAT!

we ask for two bottles of water when we were leaving because the machine didn’t work(kept taking our money and not giving us the water) and the front desk lady was extremely rude and it seemed to stress her out to give them to us, although she did she was rude and unfriendly in her actions! really off putting for an otherwise great stay!

Hotel was spotless as well as the room, room was spacious, staff was accommodating, location was great, many restaurants close to choose from. Walmart was also close if you needed a store.

I think our room was next to the washer and dryers so we had a vibrating feeling when we where on the bed from the machines.
