All the staff were very nice; friendly and attentive. The continental breakfast was excellent; a hot breakfast (other than the waffle maker) is always a special treat, there was a lot of variety in breakfast choices. The pool and hot tub room were nice and clean, and warm. :) It was very nice having a hot tub that actually works (many hotels we have stayed at in last couple years it has been "out of order" or no longer exist)

The TV in the room was a little quirky; not sure if it was just that the remote needed new batteries, but the buttons on both the remote and the TV itself were reluctant to work, and needed a few pushes. We definitely missed our own pillows, but that is minor. The morning we checked out, housekeeping knocked on our door twice - even though we had the "please do not disturb" sign hanging outside. That was a bit frustrating.

I will definitely book here again the next time I visit the green bay area! The gentleman that checked us in was friendly and happy to accommodate us. The room, beds and pillows were nice, clean and comfortable. The pool area also had a wonderful hot tub that was all kept nice and clean as well. My kiddos had a blast in the pool! We enjoyed the breakfast and found there were plenty of options to choose from. The hotel is nearby a kwik trip, about 8 minutes to the Onieda casino and the Packer stadium along with other main attractions which we truly appreciated as well. Highly recommend!

Great breakfast, and friendly staff.

I found out when getting ready to leave that my sink had hot water but my shower did not. It was very hard to wash my hair in the sink. It was not the staffs fault, they didn't know. I only had a short amount of time before check out to get ready, so I just informed them upon checkout.

My granddaughter loved the pool ( mostly playing with the other kids in it). Room and facilities were clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good, Hot tub was hot the second night. (They had the repairman there early morning to fix it only being warm the first night.) Room was spacious. Location convenient to highway and other attractions. Parking very easy and close to entry.

The room door was difficult to open, until another guest told me to raise the handle instead of the usual downward push. The luggage carts, of which there were supposed to be two according to staff, were not in evidence until 1 showed up the afternoon of the second day. I suppose this could be attributed to other guests keeping the carts, but the desk staff did not seem concerned, and even looked askance at me when I suggested a courtesy plaque could be installed where the carts were kept to remind patrons that they should be returned for the use of others.

The breakfast was excellent! I Liked that it had healthy choices available and that the hotel changed-up the menu from day to day. The staff was friendly and very service-oriented to the needs of the guests.

bathroom sink wouldn't hold water. I needed it to wet shave. I notified the desk but no repair was done during my stay, Room 242. The facility could use an update, the 2nd floor hall is dark and shadowy. But I found the facility to be well maintained otherwise.

Loved the breakfast options. Convenient location and comfortable bed and living room area. Overall the location and facilities were very clean.

There were no towel bars in the bathroom. The only place to hang a towel was on a hook located on the door. The face cloths were very thin, basically see through. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. A grab bar in the shower would have been nice for potential slips. The refrigerator actually worked too week and froze everything we put in it.

Quiet and clean

My key card kept getting deactivated as soon as I received it. I kept it away from my cell phone and put it in my pocket so it would not be near anything. Worked once and then didn’t work again. Went to FD multiple times.

We have to travel with a hoyer lift to get my sister in and out of her wheelchair, it was the first place we have stayed where it was not blocked off underneath the bed so it could easily accommodate using the hoyer. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. When we stay in Green Bay again, this will definitely be our first choice of places to stay. The breakfast was great, the lady working made sure everything was kept stocked and clean. Ada room was spacious enough for wheelchair . Compliments to the management and staff of this place!

Great staff, great location, breakfast was okay. Bed was comfortable enough. Rooms are a good size. Foyer is beautiful

pool area needs some attention, pool floor covered in algae flim that you could see foot prints in. Hottub had tons ants around and floating in the hottub. Bathroom could have been cleaned a bit better. Sink and tub had hair in it. Fridges need to be replaced, ours looked like it hasn't been turned off or cleaned in years, tons of build-up of ice it froze everything we put in it even though we turned it down.

Room was comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities. The separate seating area was a nice bonus. I really liked that. In good weather, going to Lambeau is walkable. In the Winter, my case, it is a quick Uber ride away. Nice The room was a bit pricey, probably because it was a Packers weekend. Compared to others in the area that I checked, it really was not too bad.
