The staff in every area of the hotel were exceptionally friendly and nice nothing was a problem. I mean every member of staff from arrival at reception to staff cleaning the rooms, waiters, waitresses serving breakfast the chefs, Life guards at the pool and beach plus beach security staff to the bar staff be it at the pool or Stills late night bar top class employees they should take a bow and Management of the Crowne Plaza should appreciate the staff they have because all of them made our stay so memorable, we salute all the staff and THANK YOU!

All staff was exceptionally friendly, but there is lady in chocolate place (in front of the elevator), that was specially lovelly. I believe her name is Kshixa, she is from Nepal. I come too late to buy chocolate for my wife and the register was already closed. Nevertheless, she let me take the chocolate to pay next day. Her trust made my day. I paid the chocolate in the next morning.

One day there was no cleaning in the room.

There were a couple of issues with the booking and my stay at Crowne Plaza Yas Island. I was unhappy and raised these issues to the Duty Manager, Ms Elisa during check-out. She reacted in such a helpful and constructive manner, that she completely erased my bad memories (which bad memories?) and turned them into a positive experience. I am a manager/CEO myself, and appreciate good management above all. Because of Ms Elisa I am giving my stay a top ranking. Thank you Ms Elisa!

The location, the breakfast, the reception they were friendly and ready to answer any questions. I bought the tickets for the yas parks online, much cheaper and can be used within14 days from the date you will chose, don't buy the fast tracks online unless you are sure from the date you will use them, or they'll expire. They can be used for the specific date you'd choose. (For only one day , then they'll expire) , Fridays in water park for ladies only! And boys from 7 and under.

The smell of the room was like a wet towel , i think that happened because the humidity of the weather.

We liked the freshness of the colour scheme in our room, we overlooked the golf course and the pool which was fab. Loved the pool without music, one of my pet hates is loud awful music, spoke to the barman and he said a lot of people had said they also liked no music.

I didn't like the bedding, it was weirdly bumpy.... the bed was also noisy i guess from the mattress protector. The reading lights beside our bed didn't work and the maintenance man said he couldn't fix it. The sliding doors were so hard to open, he tried to fix that but couldn't either.

Big and clean room. We got a seaview room. Staff was responsive and fast. Beach was relatively small, but nice and clean. Electrical "golfcar" was provided for beach transfet, but we took a minute to to the beach by foot. Breakfast were good. Not big variety, but good quality.

Iron and minibar didn't work. But to be honest - after call to reception hotel staff fixed it within 10 minutes. Not enough proteins on breakfasts. Eggs, omletes, cheese... No fish and no chicken. Would be great to add it.

I had the deluxe room with a balcony and amazing sea view. Check-in and check-out process was very fast and smooth. The staff are very helpful and friendly especially the staff working in the breakfast area in the morning. Breakfast was excellent as it had a wide variety of food selection. Room dining was good too and open 24 hours. Room Service was excellent and quick too. The room was spacious and clean. The Hotel is very close to the airport and to all the main attractions in Yas Island.

TV channels are very basic.

The hotel is situated in Yas Island close to the airport so very convenient. The views are amazing. Good food and relaxing space. The pool is a great size. This hotel is good place to just switch off! The room is fantastic size and the bathroom was spacious and very clean! I would stay here again for sure! Definitely a 4 star that should be a 5 star hotel!

The business lounge offer with the room is only for the day you arrive and I couldn't use it the next day even though I had to wait in the hotel for a few hours. The reception area can get very crowded and noisy in terms of if you are going to wait there until you leave.

Great staff, beautiful hotel and the location is great if you are planning to do thing in the Yas Island, such as going to Ferrari World, SeaWorld, Yas Marina and etc. But around 30 minutes far from the city center with a car, so only stay in this hotel if the Yas Islands was the bigger part of your planning, and that was our case. Great breakfast and the pool area is also very cool.

The room had a damp smell, as if the carpet had been wet for a while. The bathtub could be cleaned with bleach to remove stains that make it look dirty.

Very clean room, a very nice and lavish room overlooking the Yas Marina circuit. Very good location, very close by to the theme parks, Yas mall, and only a short cab ride from the airport. They have access to two beaches available till sunset everyday. The breakfast included has a good selection and the food was delicious.

I decided to opt for the dinner option because I arrived very late on day one of my trip. Being a vegetarian, there weren't plenty of options available for me to actually eat. But the limited options that I was able to eat were good. Overall, unless you eat meat, I wouldn't recommend getting the dinner option. Too pricy for the very selected vegetarian options.
