The location is great, right next to the WB hotel (actually both buildings are connected), the hotel does not have a restaurant, but we paid for breakfast that is served at the WB hotel. The staff is very friendly and polite. It was very clean.

The beds (both the double bed and the sofa bed) are not comfortable, I can understand that for a sofa bed, but for the double bed, it seems like the mattress is old. It was very hard... Awful sleeping experience. for the price I paid, I expected something else... The sleeping experience can determine whether you had a good or bad vacation. I honestly think that with the rate they charge for the rooms, they can provide better mattresses to improve the sleeping experience.

Clean apartment, very clean kitchen, one of the best for cleanliness I have experienced. A good size, nice layout in living space. Walkway through to WB hotel. Friendly, helpful staff. Can valet park, or, just walk 2 minutes to the car park area, easy. Tidy. Good cooker. Good base for reaching main areas, theme parks. A car is preferable, although there are buses. Advisable to book a taxi during peak times.

Lack of soundproofing in living/kitchen/dining area from interconnecting room door. We could hear next door using their electronic games late at night (Luckily, they were not unruly guests). Fortunately, the bedroom was quiet. Shower screen on bath is a bit tricky to navigate whilst climbing in the bath, due to the spacing of the nearby sink. One kitchen drawer front was not secure. Cooker instructions would be useful (has a lot of functions, not all self explanatory!)

Excellent hotel offering spacious apartments with separate rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a washing machine — perfect for families or longer stays. It’s just a 5-minute walk from Warner Bros. Park, and other theme parks are no more than 10 minutes away by taxi. There is a free shuttle bus that runs between the parks. A great option for anyone looking for comfort and convenience near the parks

We couldn’t catch shuttle bus it during our stay. It would be helpful if the hotel provided more detailed information about the shuttle service on-site — we only found out about it through Google. Also, for those traveling with young children, please note that there is no dedicated kids’ pool.

Great room size, amenities and a washing machine that was not expected, perfect stay for your theme park requirements. Staff were fantastic

We had an easy access for extra care humans, and the tiling in the shower is extremely dangerous! The water does not run into the drain (would fail Australian Builders code in seconds). Would run across the bathroom to the emergency drain near toilet. EXTREME SLIPPING HAZARD. They issued an anti slip mat so no one slips up during night. But if was for someone with extra care was staying, it would be injury waiting to happen. Not a plumbing issue at all. The tiles have no fall / angle towards to main drain

This is my third stay and defiantly not the last.. I still stand by my comments for the first stay: The location has to be the number one benefit as it is just a walking distance from Warner Bros. Theme Park, Water World Theme Park and the Warner Bros Curio, by Hilton Hotel. The breakfast is also something to appreciate as you have a lot of options, we tried the room service which was very good, we also tried the restaurant in the hotel ground floor and it was excellent, last we tried our favorite the Sidekicks Restaurant located in the first floor in WB Curio Hotel is an amazing experience specialty for kids. The Gym was remarkable with every equipment you might need. So, much to list, you have to try the place. Again, tell the next time... :)

The hotel pool is was closed for maintenance for well about a year, and now it is open, however, one important comment is that the tiles around the pool are not secured well and has an opening between them which make them a trip hazard for both adults and kids.

The location is excellent, very near to Warner Brothers attraction. Also the water world is nearby. Nice spacious rooms, great service. Very attentive staff. Responded to all my requests promptly. Kudos to the whole team. Had a wonderful stay.

Breakfast option is assocaited with anothe hotel. If it is within this hotel it would have been better. Also the avaialble cafe do not have much options for vegetarian Shall be worked upon. The room rent is slightly on the higher side i feel.

Extremely helpful staff. Spacious, comfortable and clean room. Kitchen area, with fridge, cooking facilities and washing machine. We asked for an airing rack to dry laundry which was provided promptly. We had an outside seating area too that was private and spacious, with plenty of seating and a dining area. Plenty of room to accommodate the laundry airer. Plenty of drinking water provided every day. Plant-based bio-degradable “plastic” bottles. Room cleaned daily and staff were respectful of our routines. Lovely breakfast area though we only used this on the last day.

When we booked in December we knew the pool was closed for maintenance for the first couple of days of our 11-day stay, but just before we arrived, we were notified it would be closed through to August, so this pool area was unavailable to us throughout our stay. This was disappointing and meant taking taxis to other pools. Hotel is next door to Warner Brothers so ideal for families wanting to visit there.

Lovely clean property. Rooms excellent in size. Pool area really nice and relaxing. All staff extremely helpful and pleasant.

The only negative I have would be that as we were staying during the Grand Prix period, it cost us five times the regular price. Just a shame they feel the need to increase the price so much. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again though at the regular price.

We had a wonderful stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island Residences. The hotel is ideally located, just a short taxi ride from all four major Yas Island parks. Our one-bedroom studio apartment was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with a kitchen, utensils, washing machine, and even an ice machine nearby. The staff were friendly and attentive, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommended for families looking for convenience and excellent service.​

Yas island is an amazing place where the four entertainment is in short distance, just to note that the shuttle to go in any of the four ones is located to WB hotel ( i understand that double tree and WB are under the same management) there is a connected corridor attached both of the hotels where you can find restaurants. WB characters are available for nice memories too. Yas mall is close by but you need a car or shuttle to go there
