I liked that it’s near to bawadi mall you can go to the mall from outside the hotel and from inside the hotel, which was good, they were very nice staff to manage our rooms together and helped us to be near to each other of our family

I didn’t like my bedsheets was smelly a little bit which was annoying me to be honest, also the bathrooms .. in general were i went also to my family rooms , the bathrooms need to be renovated and more clean.

One of the finest hotel in the area. Sauna, steambath and jacozi were amazing. Clean, modern and uptodate rooms. Nice breakfast. Lots of shopping and restaurant options.

Staff were a little shaky. Delayed phone pickup time. Massage rate was very expensive and no discount was available for couples.

Our room has two shower areas. The first one near the exit was not draining to its own drain hole, the water just floods out of the door and into the main bathroom floor. That same shower room was also not cleaned properly as soap remnants were still on the soap holder. Our bed was queen-sized and a bit small for a couple regardless of body size. We did not get a good sleep. At all. And it was my birthday. I found small pieces of hair (that were clearly not ours) on the made bed upon checking in and on the bathroom sink. I gave this stay an 8 despite our experience because I know Ayla can do better next time.

The 1 bedroom apartment was very clean and spacious. I like being next to the mall

The exit to enter the mall from the hotel is through a restaurant that serves shisha . It is not convenient to some of us .

water pressure is low in the toilet - food selection in the breakfast buffet is limited

- bidet is not that strong - warm water is not that warm - more food variation for breakfast buffet

I 2 nights stay in Ayla bawadi hotel with my fiancy every thing was amazing specially room touch and environment was unforgettable.

The unit was tastefully decorated and fresh and clean. Loved that they supplied the toothbrush kit and some shampoo, shower gel and lotion as our trip was very spontaneous. Loved that we could walk to the mall as it’s literally linked with to hotel. Upon arrival we received two gift vouchers. One with a discount to their spa and another with discount to a meal. We did not have enough time to make use of them but I thought it was a lovely touch. Looking forward to be back.

The location as it’s part of the mall, close to the camel souk and the AlAin Oasis.
