Excellent location to visit the falls. Also close to the city downtown. The hotel staff was extremely friendly, everyone was polite and kind. There is a genuine care for the guests. Restaurant service was amazing, great food at the dinner and breakfast. For dinner, there is a wide variety of salads and antipasti. Dessert was delicious. The pool is large and clean, the children had a great time there. Room accommodates four guests very well, with comfortable beds, it's roomy, really clean and organized. We will surely come back!! We had a great time!

food is not of good enough quality for this category for breakfast and dinner. Also lack of healthy options (eg no fruit for breakfast except fruit salad) - limited gluten free options (for coeliac) - i notified the staff twice in advance and i was given one croissant over 3 days as they ran out of supply...but i pay the same price as others...

Comfortable rooms, reliable WiFi and very helpful staff, especially from Belen on the front desk. We had a lovely welcome on our arrival including a refreshing juice. Nice bar area to relax with a drink before dinner. Location is right amongst the forest so you can hear the animals and insects when the sun goes down. Spar option is great for a relaxing massage, water circuit and sauna and my wife had a lovely facial treatment. Great laundry service available.

There was nothing we didn't like. For others, the distance from the town might be off-putting but the front desk will arrange for a taxi. We had a car and we went to see the falls so we were fine with the location.

The facility was very nice surrounded by beautiful vegetation. The room was spacious and comfortable and quiet. A very nice pool area with a bar.

It was a $25 each way- set cab fare- to get anywhere. The dinner included in the room fee was very mediocre.

Pool and gym both good. Clean and easily accessible. Staff excellent. Friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast also really good. Lots of choice and always lots of space to sit . Dinner fine too.

Room very large but a bit spartan. No brochure of facilities or services. No pictures on the wall . Almost like a conference room with a bed in it.

Everything! The staff were exceptional throughout my stay. I loved the hospitality, room, adventures, food, wifi but mostly the staff. They even surprised my fiance with a birthday cake and sang her happy birthday in 3 differentlanguages. I am surprised they knew what she looked like for that surprise. Very impressive. As well our flybondi flight got delayed on our way to Iguazu from Buenos Aires. Instead of arriving at 2 pm, we arrived at 4am the next day. The staff sent us a cab to pick us up at the airport and as well had a late dinner cooked for us to have upon our arrival. I have traveled the world and this is by far the best hospitality I have ever experienced.

The hotel was spacious and comfortable, with a great spa bath. Set in a forest area, it was quiet and perfect for visiting the nearby waterfalls. It has a loverly swimming pool, nice bar and a good breakfast.

We were not that impressed by the buffet evening meal but it was included in our cost so can't grumble.

The rooms, the pool, the gym, the food, the hospitality were all spectacular. This was a very special trip for all of us. They even accommodated two people who had dietary restrictions. We all absolutely loved our stay.

Honestly, I can't think of a thing I didn't like. The hotel was clean and very comfortable.

Great secluded and relaxing resort, just what we wanted. The breakfast was included which had an extensive choice of breakfast offerings. We enjoyed the large pool in a lush setting. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable of tours in the area that we took full advantage of. Definitely a come back to location. Thanks everyone!
