Although it’s not the safest neighborhood (which is normal for any downtown area of a big city), the 24h reception and security safe to go in or out at any time of the day. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are on the smaller side but they are indeed very quiet and modern. A great hotel for couples or friends, specially if you’re willing to use the subway.

The only unfortunate things were the lack of a hand-held bidet in the bathroom and thin pillows on the bed. The elevators should also have an integrated system to make them more efficient.

The hotel is very close to the subway, the local staff is very polite. The breakfast is a bit expensive but delicious.

The location is very dangerous, even the 1-minute walk from the subway to the hotel is not advised at night. Communication with the hotel is terrible, I asked some questions and never got an answer via the Booking website or email, and it took me many attempts over the phone to get someone to help me.

Good location, I didn't use the metro, but this hotel is located right in front of metro station. Breakfast was good, and service was good. and clean

Very weak Wifi, almost it was not working in the room not much amemity, only one all-in-one liquid soap

Excellent breakfast with all varieties of food items even for lactose-free people. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. It's well-located in Centro although just slightly beyond the main area, which means it is best to use prudence for a few blocks until you're in the business area.

we liked that the room was simple and small yet well designed. it was right at the train station, which made it easy to get from the airport and back with the direct train #13 as we only had a short stay in sao paolo.

the towels were not ready in our room when we checked in (due to them still being in laundry) - so we had to wait an hour or 2 before we could shower. I didn't like the selection and quality of food served at the breakfast buffet, i really recommend to save your money and book the room without breakfast and eat elsewhere.

It is near the Luz station. Employee are so friendly.

Wifi does not work well at the high floors. Air conditioner is center controlled, we could not change it. As a policy, they ask for money if you wanna leave your luggage for some hours.

staff were really amazing and helped me with everything, I am traveling with 3 bags and they have little carts to help you carry the bags all the way to you room plus the hotel has a really cool young vibe to it

location is really bad! scary part of São Paulo, even for a 7 minute walk I had to take an Uber and the elevator is really slow I was trying to go down from the 12th floor to check out with my bags and had to wait 16 mins for the elevator

The infrastructure of the hotel is great, the problem is the neighborhood in which it is located. it is not safe to walk around after 6 or 7 pm; There are very few places to dine out, so we mostly had to order to eat in the hotel or take an Uber.

Everything is amazing! Very clean and so comfortable. The staff is 100% helpful and very nice to us.

I think it’s the location :-( located right at Luz where they are a bit dangerous to walk around.
